We went here with family and friends and honestly had such a great time. We were seated right away and our server, Jeanette, was amazing. She kept drinks filled without us even noticing, was so sweet to my 8-year-old, and had that perfect balance of checking in without hovering. Huge kudos to her!
The food came out fast and everything was spot-on. I had a salad and, of course, chips and salsa (those warm chips are my weakness). Around the table, people ordered ribs, cheeseburger sliders, chicken tenders, you name it and everyone was happy. People love to bag on Chili’s, but honestly? I really like it. Sometimes comfort food done well just hits the spot.

This is just getting ridiculous! I ordered the chocolate chip cookie skillet and it’s always been a descent size…well this time I ordered it and when I got it the cookie is smaller than the chocolate chip cookie you get at Costco for $2.50 and this one costs $12. I understand about inflation but come on guys this is what makes people not want to order out for food. Unfortunately this was the last straw and I will no longer be supporting chilis.
BJ’s has the same exact thing with double the amount of ice cream and the cookie is the size of a small personal pizza. This one at chilis is the size of the ice cream cup it comes with.

My friend and I meet here often even though it’s out of both our ways because the staff here is amazing. Every single person is so kind and responsive, delivering amazing service. On holidays the staff will dress in colors that match the holiday and have the cutest glitter makeup, which makes the experience so much better. Our server on Valentine’s day, Mackenzie, went above and beyond and was the highlight of our night (we will be back on the nights she works just to sit in her section). Thank you everyone for always making our experience one of a kind 🙂

Michelle, our server, was AMAZING! She’s welcoming, friendly, very attentive and sweet! Top tier service! When I visit next, I’ll ask to be seated in her section!

We came here on a whim and we were pleasantly suprised starting with our waitress her name was Kyla and she was such a gem she was so funny we were laughing so hard with such good jokes next the food I didn’t know chili had game like this WOW the mozzarella sticks cheese pull was amazing there wings were surprisingly really tasty I loved the buffalo sauce ranch was great the big bites (little burger) could maybe be a pass but there still good. The ribeye was a little fatty but not bad the meat was cooked correct at medium the asparagus was VERY YUMMY and so was the mash my partner DEVOURED The crispys honey chipotle 10 out of 10 back to our server Kyla she was so so sweet always made sure to check on us made sure we had everything we needed they didn’t have a busser due to short staff but the queen Kyla was doing it all she’s such a rockstar and she really made our experience more special we will be back for Kyla!

The server was pleasant. The food was bland. I was expecting cajun flavor. Instead, I ate noodles drenched in Alfredo sauce without flavor. The burrito trio had flavor. I was reluctant to order here, but my son wanted to try. What a waste.

Mediocre at best. Chilli’s isn’t the Chilli’s it used to be. Food quality isn’t the same. I hadn’t been to a Chilli’s in years. I used to love it. I used to love the chicken crispers. They were battered in tempura batter and made them different from what you could get anywhere else. Now they changed those, and they are now just crispy tenders, like every other place. (New chicken tenders pic attached). I was not impressed. Service was slow, 15 mins after sitting down, we still hadn’t ordered our drinks. Finally we asked and the hostess took our drink order for us. The service after that was fine. We went with the original chicken tenders in mind, all 4 of us were going to order them. Unfortunately, we were disappointed they’re not on the menu anymore.
