My wife and 2 of my son’s step kids were here from Illinois staying in a hotel in Hagerstown, MD. We stop at this Chili’s Grill & Bar for a quick meal. Everyone’s food was good except my classic chicken nachos and the chips and salsa. My classic chicken nachos were very much overcooked, the chips and nachos had scraps chips, the salsa was very watery. Our waitress was very busy so we didn’t bother to send my food back. For that I give this over all review a 3.5 star

I go here every other week and it’s always great. Service is fast and friendly. Food is good and plenty. Always got sports playing near the bar. Two ppl was around $45 before tipping. Definitely recommend this one over the one on Foxcroft (not necessarily bad, just think this one is better), or if you’re staying at one of the nearby hotels. Side note do NOT go to the Buffalo Wild Wings nearby… Railway Chili’s > Foxcroft BWW >

It is one of the better sit-down restaurants that aren’t as expensive as your steak places. The food is pretty good and there is a pretty good variety. I typically get the smokehouse combo platter ( ribs and chicken tenders ). I love the street corn and the ribs. There is more than enough food on that tray. Burgers are always good. Im not a chips and salsa guy, so I can’t attest to them. Service is excellent.

First time at Chili’s and I was pleasantly surprised. I was impressed that a chain restaurant could make great classics!
I had the honey chipotle tenders, mozzarella sticks, bbq brisket burger, and sliders. I loved all the food and none of it was too salty or overpowering in any way! I really liked the honey chipotle tenders though – I generally don’t order tenders at a restaurant but I really enjoyed these.
The atmosphere was nice and even though we came late, the waiter was very accommodating, even if he was angry that we came close to closing. I would definitely visit Chili’s again at this location or others.

Food was great . Reason for a 1 star: get up to use the restroom and come back to our seat and our table is cleaned. When we went to the front to say something about our table being cleaned the three employees standing there said ” we know” instead of anyone saying anything to the lady cleaning our table they say ” we dont know why she did that”. Now there was two tables around us that people had already left the restaurant from that wasn’t cleaned and those people was gone before we even sat down. Yes the manager did comp the kids meal (6.99) but thats all. We will not be returning to this restaurant. So either use the restroom before you order your food or wait til you are finished.

Dan the manger needs to be re-trained. Walked past our table several times & never uttered one word. Guessing it’s the pigmentation of our skin. From one restaurant manager to another Dan needs to do better. The restaurant wasn’t busy @ 5PM. We left at 5:45

Service on the other hand was way more then lacking. Waited with empty dtink cups. Waitress never came to check on us once, until she cleaned the table.
The waitress was more concerned about cleaning then customers…. and we were the only ones there in that section. We asked for the check and she gave us the table machine…. ummmm….. we were going to pay cash…. after waiting at least 15 more minutes she never came back and we ended up using a card.
I really dont reccommed this place at all. Service is horrible there.

Usually don’t eat in but I have before. Just want to say the staff are always very polite and make sure you have what you want and or need. Went in to pick up an order and the lady made sure that we had all of our extra sauces and even threw in an extra one for good luck lol. Also chili’s food is always consistently delicious.
