I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and when I got it, I flipped it over and the patty was on the bottom with 2 pieces of bread on top of it, the bottom bun being upside down. Employees speaking with heavy accents to customers, and clear as day to other employees. Girl at the window almost spilled soda inside my vehicle when handed it over, I pointed out the lid wasn’t all the way on there, she gave a rude look and slammed the window before fixing it. Terrible service, employees need retrained.

Ordered a cheeseburger with only pickles, diced onions, and Big Mac sauce. And I also ordered a coffee with 4 creamer. I got a watered down coffee with MAYBE 2 creamer. And as for the cheeseburger? The photo shows the half I didn’t eat because the bun was VERY stale one corner I was able to audibly hit against something, one pickle out of 2 they put on the burger and a portion of the very stingy amount of onions. They charge 10 cents more than both of the McDonald’s in this area for Big Mac sauce, and on addition tried sneaking in a charge for slivered onions. The people were rude, I got weird looks for asking for more pickles which they did not give me, and attitude when asking for an additional 2 creamer on the side. The food was crap, the service was crap and the atmosphere from the people in there was also crap. There are 2 McDonald’s within a 2 mile radius of this one PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to one of those.

Stopped in to grab a bite. Only 1 of the 4 self order stations had any table markers that it requires if you are going to eat in.
When ordering it spat out a 2 foot long receipt strip with no printing on it. I thought I will show the staff when they bring my order and I went to a table and displayed my order marker. After a while someone yelled my number out. Why to I have to take and enter a table marker number if it is not being brought to my table like in the past? I went to the counter and showed the lady my blank receipt. She stared at it with an expression like “So”. I said it’s blank. She said “so you need me to print you a receipt?” I said no, I just wanted to let you know the printer is broken. Since there were no napkins with my order I went to the dispenser, but it was packed so tightly that all I could get out of the bottom was torn shreds. Now I see why McDonalds is going automated. The staff there is not worth minimum wage.

Everytime I give them a code for my free food the points disappear and I get nothing. They’re system is always messed up. So tired of McDonalds app and their customer service because they don’t know how to correct it.

I live by this McDonald’s and frequent it quite a bit. Food is always hot and fresh. They always get my order right. Customer service is outstanding, quick, and efficient.

The food is…well mcdonald’s not very interesting boring quick food. Nothing really worth noting. The service was fast, but nobody truly spoke English So it was hard to navigate

I always get a bad service here at the drive-thru. It’s either they got my order wrong or gave me the wrong bag. I recently bought chocolate fudge sundae. Gave me a sloppy and not enough fudge in my sundae. I asked for more pump of fudge sauce, and you be the judge. Is McDonald’s in recession of fudge sauce? lol!

Most McDonald’s NOT THIS ONE. actually like it when doordashers don’t disrupt and HOG the drive-thru because they get so many orders don’t make delivery drivers wait in the Drive-Thru because all it does is congest more of the time that they could be spending on customers that are actually needing the drive-thru

Inability to assist customers , pretend not to speak English and point to a different employee saying I don’t do that . Just asked for a large cup I paid for already , walked away fast to pretend to clean lobby which does need it but she was not doing much leaving trash in lobby . Pitiful how bad service has gotten to a once great location . Good luck keeping customers

Food was cold.
I also asked for ketchup & mustard (yellow mustard) and had to specify which mustard. They gave me honey and hot? They have done this twice now. I ordered in the app this time and they still gave me the wrong condiments ♀️
