3 of us ate at 7pm. Two 4 pieces and a chicken sandwich. Chicken breast were so dried out they may have been cooked yesterday on both 4 pieces. It’s like they refuse to throw them out. Disgusting. Like chicken jerky.

My husband and I were the only people at this place when we ordered our food. The chicken sandwiches were given to us cold and they tasted old. They also forgot pickle on both of our sandwiches. It’s not like they were rushing, because we were the only people there. The guy at the window was nice, but the food was terrible. If my husband and I weren’t in a rush to get home I would’ve gone back and had them remake it. We were very disappointed.

Well not best Popeyes. The spicy tenders are joke. Small, poorly cooked and spiced, biscuit actually tasted like fish. Mashed potato and soda the only thing good. In drive-tru they just put your box combo in small burger bag and hand it to you on its side. Forgetting silverware for mash potato but at least got the bbq sauce. Rice and beans used to be awesome.

I ordered a five piece regular tender meal with fries and a Strawberry lemonade. The cashier Juan 13110 at location PLK# 10731 in Lake Worth, TX couldn’t remember my order less than a minute after giving it to him. I had to repeat my drink at the window. Only received four tenders and they were spicy and nasty. Tasted like they were cooked yesterday. I received mashed potatoes instead of fries and didn’t even give me a spoon to at least eat it. So those are a waste. Lastly, my strawberry lemonade was awful and you Could taste the strawberry had gone bad and had that bad fruit taste. Gross!! . I’ll never return to this location ever again. I tried calling them the past half hour sndthe line must be off the hook. I want someone to contact me about this. I may report it to the city as well as a Yelp review. This location needs an overhaul bad!

I ordered a 10 piece family meal and received nine pieces of chicken. They were out of the chicken that I asked for and my family size red beans and rice smelled spoiled/Rotten so of course we couldn’t eat it. I attempted to call the store phone and it was giving a busy signal highly disappointed because the order was literally almost $30. Update: 02/4/24. I ordered a 3 piece combo, with a BREAST, THIGH, & WING. I asked for FRESH CHICKEN, SPICY, and I did NOT mind waiting. I even told the teller I was going to update my review in hopes of a better experience. I literally drove 45 minutes from home, to go here. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED❗️They gave me 2 thighs, and a wing that didn’t even look like a wing. The biscuits weren’t even cooked all the way through. The only thing that was fine were the mashed potatoes and gravy, and the jalapeño pepper. Even the Sweet Tea was DARK & OLD❗️I will be calling cooperate tomorrow to complain. This Popeyes still doesn’t allow you to go in and order/ eat. That’s ridiculous when the one in White Settlement off of Cherry Lane, is ALWAYS OPEN & CLEAN. It makes me wonder what are they hiding at this location ⁉️⁉️
I was disappointed. Growing up many years as a ‘Lousiana-nian’, this place was inexcusable. The chicken was old & cold, the fries were undercooked, & the customer service was awhful! Mainly Hispanics work at this location & I was applauded by how they treated my family. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They hardly desired to communicate with us, yet alone serve us!!! I have always LOVED POPEYES, but after visiting here, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. Pro: The drinks were delicious
