On two separate occasions I’ve made a mobile order prior to the breakfast cut off, come through the drive thru with mobile orders for breakfast. Arrive a few minutes after 1030 and was told my order could not be completed. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I can’t get it anyways? Terrible service as they had no way of making it right other than the lunch menu. Who in their right mind wants a burger at 10:31AM?

Would be a lot better if not harassed with the staff member Alyson doing petty things to harass people through orders, like handfuls of pepper packets with every door dash order while she’s working to I don’t know, prove something??? Idk, but it’s weird. Coworkers have admitted it was in fact her childish behavior, and she’s mgmt. No longer order McDonalds from the Corunna location simply because of the petty behavior and questioning if she’s also messing with the food as well. If we do even think about getting McDonald’s, it’s in person at the Owosso location.

So the food was good, hot and fresh. I can appreciate that. What I don’t appreciate is not getting the same amount of a drink when I’m paying $5+ for this crap. One day I’ll get it in a large cup and others in a medium. I add enough stuff that it should be coming in a large and instead you’re shorting me product half the time. Bad business model if you ask me. Please get it together and serve your drinks the same way every time. Unless yall started this because of the monopoly thing, which is silly bc again, IT’S A $5+ DRINK. Thanks.

Every other McDonald’s that I have ever been to and use the mobile app they have parking spots labeled mobile, pick up and then a number and then they also have ones labeled drive-through reserved. Well this McDonald’s only has drive-through reserved. No mobile order pick up reserve so I went inside and was wondering what I was supposed to be doing And I was rudely talk to by a gentleman who said that the reserve drive-through was supposed to be the pick up and since it’s been a while, they have to remake my food because the canceled my order due to how long I waited to ask and then would not give me a receipt to contact corporate. He acted like I was the idiot when I even drove to The McDonald’s Durand they have spots for reserve drive-through, and they have spots for mobile pick up

6:25 am on a Tuesday. I placed an online order for almost $20. I got there and it’s closed and the parking lot is blocked off. Sign is not lit but lights are on inside. Tried calling the number and nobody answered.
