Getting to BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse in Mesquite is easy from all over the East Dallas area! We’re located in the Town East Mall just off Interstate 635 with easy access to Interstate 30 and US Highway 80. We’re also just 20 minutes from Rockwall to our east and downtown Dallas to our west. Don’t be fooled by our mall location—BJ’s Restaurant in Mesquite is open late all week long. Our doors don’t shut until 11:00 pm on weeknights and midnight on the weekends. Give us a call to ask about takeout and delivery service, too! Our separate takeout entrance makes it easy to get in and out fast, so your order is still hot and delicious when you get home.

Saturday night experience was horrible. We asked our server what the sliders on the sampler came with and we were told it was just meat plain and dry and the toppings were on the side which was fine so we went ahead and ordered it. Our group ordered 2 of the samplers, some drinks, and an order of boneless wings. When we received the samplers, we received both of them differently. One order came with cheese, bacon, and onions, which would’ve been fine if not for the onions. The other sampler was drenched with ketchup on the bottom half of it. We let our server know and she was able to remake the ones that came drenched with ketchup so that was nice on her end. The redone sliders themselves had no flavor, not even salt or pepper, I tasted the butter on the bun more than anything. Also, on the second sampler we found a very long hair embedded into one of the chicken wings. We let a manager know and he didn’t say anything other than “yeah I see it”, no apology or anything. They ended up taking it off our tab but it made us uncomfortable to eat the rest of our food. The boneless wings we ordered with lemon pepper and the new dill pickle ranch dry rub. The lemon pepper was not lemon pepper, and both dry rubs looked like they were just dumped on like 3 of the pieces of chicken – which was also very overcooked. The managers were also openly talking mess about our server right behind our table, super unprofessional in my opinion. We paid our full tab with one of the samplers comp’ed off, around $100 total for 4 drinks, one sampler, and an order of overcooked chicken nuggets. Overall overpriced and very low quality food, would not recommend to anybody dining at this location.

Me and my husband came in today for the first time . KEVIN the bartender has the best customer service ever! He is so much fun and refers the best food on the menu!! The food was amazing! And Kevin topped it off thank you so much for making this a great experience for us ! We will definitely come back !

Absolutely amazing service by my server Christi!! She was super attentive and great to talk to. Food was excellent. Got a Ribeye and then also a Sugar Cookie Pizzookie. Delicious and awesome.

Christi at BJ’s was friendly and quick. We had the chicken fried steak and a mini pizza. The pizookie was pretty good. She took good care of us and made sure everything was right.

I went with a group was very fun and I had the triple chocolate ice cream cookie thing. I forgot what it was called but we all had different ones and it was very good. The cookie baked to perfection and the ice cream was a burst of flavor. Not very far and they aren’t super packed providing a good environment for nighttime desert. Idk about the food tho it looks good but we went for desert. The menu has wide variety. Bring back the brownie cookie ice cream thing it was good.

Saturday about 4. Half full so they weren’t slammed. Group of 4. Took 20 minutes to take our drink order so we went ahead and ordered an appetizer while we had his attention. Took another 20 minutes to get our drinks so we went ahead and ordered our entrees. Waiter never came back to check to see if we might need refills. Took 20 more minutes to get our burnt calamari. Gave a big “nope” to burnt food. Paid for drinks, no tip, and left. Went to Chili’s and were in and out in the time it took to get appetizer at bj’s. Total time 1 hour and got 4 drinks and burnt calamari. Never again.

We’ve come to this location a few times before and had the same server the past 2 times. We have a special needs child who can be a bit bit much but our server (Alexa or Alexis I’m so sorry I can’t remember which) has always been super sweet making sure he everything came out correctly. She made him feel included by telling him a few jokes and making his cookie ice cream come out great! Definitely will ask for her again!

More enjoyable than what I expected. Early lunch here was amazing and the dining room is well lit and clean. The staff were quiet and very efficient with our salads and appetizers severed quickly and frequent refills. The steak my husband ordered was perfect and the ribs were good as well. The butter sauce chicken breast was very good and the salads were fresh. Kids enjoyed the pasta dishes but not much alfredo sauce added so it was a bit dry. It was very good and worth the slightly higher price point overall.
