Always a good time at waffle house the staff here was very nice. We were visiting Rome Georgia and I wanted a southwestern bowl my favorite for years. Waffle house is highly consistent no matter where I’ve gone, good food, nice folks.

Mom found a big cooked Roach in her food this morning. Yes I saw it and was gagging im not the type who can keep that in. Sorry I offended the staff but thank God I wasn’t the one who had it in my plate. I would had really thrown up. It had eyes legs hair it was staring right at me. If i could give ZERO stars I would . This is the worst waffle house i have ever been to in my life . I ordered to-go and not only is my blueberry waffle thin , burned and deformed but it tastes like the pan was not cleaned before the batter was put down . The rest of my food was also bad , grits tasted awful and all of my toast was burnt . I the restaurant was not even busy so for my food to be so mishandled after a long ride on the road I am truly upset .
