I’ve been going to this Dickeys BBQ for over 30 years. Always great food, listen and follow special instructions, staff always great! If you enjoy BBQ you won’t be disappointed. I personally have never had a bad experience, not even once! ever! You can’t say that about many other places.
Only one thing I wish they would change and that’s having stuffing every day. Not only the couple days before Thanksgiving & Christmas. I’ve spoken with both employees and managers who said lots of folks have asked the same..

I have been a Dickey’s fan for years and frequent them at many location’s. On this day I visited this Location. At checkout my wife presented her coupon for the rib plate she ordered, the owner then proceeded to get irate and grabbed two ribs off her plate and said the coupon wasn’t good for the full portion. I then casually indicated “that makes the coupon basically valueless”, he then proceeded to take his wrath out on me. I took it and ok with it, but, here’s the rub, my grandson met us there a few minutes later and at checkout the owner coerced him in giving him a 20% tip like a street beggar.
If you like Dickey’s like I do find a different location.

I ordered online and it was ready when I arrived. I ordered the Ranch Boss Sandwich Combo and in addition to another side a small Cesar salad. I liked the crispy chicken combo with brisket along with adding spicy BBQ sauce to it.

They have the best staff ever but the most dry brisket i have ever had at a BBQ place, I tried their brisket 2 times gave it the second chance but both time it was super dry, I even ask for the juicy cuts but the same dry brisket experience, staff are super nice and welcoming, I really appreciate that.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The service was fast and attentive, and they took the time to ensure my order was exactly what I wanted. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious!!!!! I recently visited Dickey’s Barbecue, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the food and the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The service was fast and attentive, and they took the time to ensure my order was exactly what I wanted. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. The brisket was incredibly tender, smoky, and packed with flavor!

Soft serve ice cream gone
Only get 2 ribs when you order a three meat plate
I’m sure it has to do with cost and profits.
The barbecue is still good but not the same value or atmosphere.
Kind of sad, as I’ve been a customer for many decades. I’ll still go, but I will always compare it to the value it used to be.
If these changes are the result of new management, you might consider adding back some of the old added value.

Dickeys on coit and 15th sucks. I would not recommend this place even to a dog. My husband and I was there on December 6th 2024. He ordered a two plate meat.$17.99… I ordered a single plate meat $17.49 We were the only ones there on a Friday evening. And The food was nasty. My brisket was tough and cold. The barbecue sauce was the warmest thing on my plate. My husband’s was all fat and gristle. We couldn’t even eat it. I’m showing pictures of the proof this was crap.. and evidently A two meat is only $0.50 more than a single meat or did he just make up his own price cuz he ran the register as well as cutti6the meats and serving the sides.The meat server was not friendly at all. We will never go back. Dickeys on coit have poor management. Please do yourself a favor and go ahead and close your doors.

Food and service were amazing! I went later in the evening and everything was still not only available but hot. The BBQ sauce was delicious. Juan made sure I had everything I needed. Will defiantly be back next time I’m in town.

I absolutely love coming to this location. The service and food is Absolutely Amazing !!! Juan is always on point with his customer service. Always smiling, always polite, always making me and my family smile and laugh. He’s the reason I continue to come. And I’m not sure what the guys name is that cuts up the meats and stuff but he’s awesome sauce too. Always happy! Always Smiling and engaging with customers. They make my visit great every time! I will forever come to this location and get my 2 meat plate with brisket and sausage, Mac and cheese and some fresh fried okra . Can’t forget the banana pudding that is to die for !!!
