This taco bell needs shut down. My boyfriend was there today and they waited 45 minutes for their food, while they were bumpin’ trap music. Unprofessional and lazy. Do better. No wonder they always have the dining room closed.

I understand I came kind of late but the store hours say they close at midnight and I placed my order around 9:50 and got there at 10. I had a mobile order and there wasn’t anything wrong until I got home and my burrito was literally lettuce with a hint of meat. There’s literally 4 pieces of meat and the rest is a handful of lettuce and cheese. I’m not mad, just disappointed

This taco bell is Trash. We’ve tried time and time again…and it’s always trash. They never do customizations correct-in fact while we waited over 30 minutes for our order-we watched someone take MULTIPLE calls apologizing for errors and offering to remake food. Our order was no exception. The food had an odd taste, we didn’t get all the correct things and the quality of the product overall was comical. Ive never seen such a thin crunchwrap supreme.
Others got offered coupons,
we werent given the same courtesy. We went solely because we were very tired and had a long day and needed something cheap. I’m done though. Will not be going back. Also, why is the lobby closed at 6? So the staff (there was quite a few of them) can yell louder and listen to trash music on full blast? That’s cool. With folks still in the lobby music began blaring out of nowhere and was full profanity. Super professional.

I just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes!! It’s Saturday 130-200-ish. Not really lunch time!..I’ve never ever had fast food take longer than if I’d gone to a sit-down restaurant to get waited on. Normally eat-in, sit down restaurants have a 15-20 minute turnaround. I was trapped in the drive thru so couldn’t really just drive away… very sad..
The tacos were ok but not a single napkin in the bag. I blame management for either not training employees well enough or not having the place staffed well enough! Feel sorry for your future, if this is the way you run your business. Hopefully you get it together!

Consistently closed for lobby but drive through is open only. When the lobby is closed there is never a sign saying it it closing so you wait until see someone or have to call to ask them. They also don’t know how read apparently of what correct food to make. Manager didn’t say her name and all said well next time order will be free and wouldn’t just remake the food or send or offer them that “make it right” option to next time whenever that is and said “have a meeting tomorrow and will bring it up” instead taking action of writing somebody for it happening twice literally within a day of each other. I am a Doordash driver. The only thing that made overnight Taco Bell pickups a bearable experience was that Dashers picked up in the lobby after the lobby closed. This is no longer the case. They changed pickups because “they didn’t want to clean the lobby overnight.” This has made the experience dramatically worse for every customer and driver overnight, and directly costs me $25+ every week in wasted time during pickups. Truly inexcusable.

This taco bell was out of everything, just about. I ordered my order online, and had to wait an hour almost for my food. They didn’t seem to have enough help, which is unfortunate, but the lack of materials is what was most concerning. I feel bad for thr Crew members that were working there, all 3 of them. There was another member, just walking around and doing nothing to help…
Next time, it’s better to over order your supplies vs under order, for future reference.
