Came by on 2/4 the girls behind the counter were too busy talking and without my knowledge missed an item on my order. Did not confirm, got no receipt. When the order came up without the item obviously I politely asked if WE had missed it despite saying it and one girl very rudely told us we did not. To which I let her know we said the item so unsure why they missed it. I then go to order the item and an another drink and telll meee whyyy the employees were groaning and groveling about making this drink I saw on tik tok. So strange and unprofessional. I was very put off. Uniform is clearly not inforced, not a hat or apron In sight. Cant imagine how they handle food. Doesn’t seem very serv safe. Dirty restrooms and out of date equipment too, I’ll take my loss and go to boulder they are much nicer there.

Beautiful Starbucks, exactly what I would expect to fit in with the Colorado mountains. Great view on the mountain and nicer outdoor seating.
When we were here, I only heard Disney songs (frozen, Mary poppens, little mermaid, jungle book, etc). Not that I mind, but I just noticed.
Always a trustable staple for coffee and food. This shop particularly impressed me with their courtesy and pleasant service. The type that keeps people for more. Keep it up !!!

My Americano from Starbucks is usually a reliable pick-me-up—simple, strong, no nonsense. But this morning’s run felt like a game of hot potato where no one passed it my way.
I step out for a quick bathroom break after ordering, come back, and hover at the pickup counter, eyeing what looks exactly like my drink. Thing is, the barista doesn’t say a word no “Ozzie, that’s yours” or even a glance my way. I end up standing there like an extra in a crowd scene, wondering if I should just claim it or wait for the plot twist. Grabbed it eventually, tossed a “Thanks,” and… nothing. Not even a thumbs-up emoji vibe.
Hey, maybe I should’ve double-checked the cup label instead of playing coy, but when a customer’s right there looking expectant, a heads-up goes a long way. It’s a busy spot, sure, but that small effort turns “meh” into “morning saved.” Still worth a stop for the brew fingers crossed the next one’s smoother

I was just told I could not smoke a cigarette outside while I drink my coffee. It’s 5:30 am, dark outside, nobody was in the drive through, no one in the store, and no one outside the store.
I’ve been coming here almost everyday for a week spending about $20 a day.
If I want to have a cigarette OUTSIDE when no one is at an establishment, I will do it.
It’s things like this that drive people mad. An absolutely unnecessary interaction with an employee from a billion dollar corporation hassling me for no reason.
I won’t be going back to this location ever again.

I ordered a large iced coffee. I got a small coffee topped off with foam and ice. This Starbucks ripped me off. I will never order here again. At least my local Starbucks in Woodland park knows how to pour a full LARGE iced coffee. DO BETTER!

The rest is just bonus. The coffee and products are top notch. The facilities are spotless. The view is also worth the drive.
