This place had great reviews and an awesome location so we stopped in here for lunch.

We generally like to sit at the bar so we headed there to grab a couple of stools; however, there was a toddler sitting in a bar stool having a moment, being tended to by his mother so we opted for a table against the wall.

Our server showed up after about five minutes and as it turns out, she was the mother of the toddler at the bar! Our drinks arrived and we asked for another minute to look over the menu. During that time, the toddler was taken out of the building by his “Uncle Buck” so we moved up to the bar.

It was about another 5 minutes before we could catch our waitresses attention. Turns out, she was also doubling as a bartender. She seemed to be held up by a single gentleman at the end of the bar , but she did see us when we moved up to the bar and eventually wander on over.

We ordered the Southwest egg rolls, which the cook brought us but called them chicken crispers, and we ordered 10 wings.

Our food came out, delivered by the kitchen staff and we were not given an extra plate nor silverware until I was actually finished with my food. No staff checked on us after the food delivery for 10 minutes. Another noticed our glasses were low so that bartender attempted to refill our Coke zeros and ended up knocking the cup and the Diet Coke on the bar in front of the boyfriend. She was friendly and apologetic as we all cleaned it up.

This is bar food; not good bar food just bar food. Wasn’t great, wouldn’t recommend unless You are looking for a place to grab a bite and watch again a game. They had 8 to 12 televisions all over the walls , with multiple sporting events displayed. That was a +

Even though a host of things went wrong constantly throughout the entire experience we still had a great day and we still are grateful that we popped in to this little spot.

I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend it but I don’t regret it.

The Spot in Seneca is hands-down one of the best places around. The atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of place where you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. The staff is attentive without being pushy, and you can tell they actually take pride in what they do. The food comes out fresh, fast, and full of flavor every single time. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or settling in for a night out, The Spot delivers exactly what you want: great service, great energy, and consistently great food. Easily a 5-star experience every visit

We visited Spot on the Alley yesterday around 5:00. The atmosphere and service was great. The food not so much. The onion rings were cold and tasted like they were a week old. Ordered Cajun sauce wings and were served Cajun rubbed wings. They were not good. Not sure if we will visit again. Very disappointing.

Had lunch last week. My wife’s cheeseburger came without cheese, and was a dried out disaster. Looked like a hockey puck. She ate half of it before giving up. My cobb salad came out in a bowl, no avacado – more like a confused chef salad, not a cobb salad. I used to love this place and I’ll give it one more chance – but the food and service was pretty bad. I did notice the new menu – same food, higher prices.

The Spot used to be one of our favorite places in Seneca, but not after tonight. To start with, the music was incredibly loud. Service was beyond slow and the staff was very inattentive. The chicken fingers were overcooked and barely edible. The catfish was overcooked on the outside and raw on the inside. I don’t know what changed about this place, but we won’t be back!

Went here around 430pm. They were very busy so service was slow which is understandable. What was unacceptable was that after one waitress took our drink and food order we never so them again. Someone from the kitchen brought our food. The waitress that waited on us put her bag on and left. No one ever asked us how our food was and people who came in after us got immediate service from other wait staff. I had to finally ask for our check at 6pm. The food was good but we felt very unwelcomed and that we were not a priority. It appeared that the wait staff does not have “sections” so it seemed to be a free for all on who waited on you. I have never been treated so horribly at a restaurant.

A must go to “spot” in Seneca/clemson/Walhalla area. When all of my friends come visit from Charlotte they beg to go at least twice while in town.
We used Spot on the Alley last night to cater our New Year’s Eve party, and to say it was perfection from ordering to devouring would be an understatement!!! Scott was absolutely incredible to work with and everything was executed to perfection. People are texting me the next day about how good the food was. Cannot recommend enough. Also, it’s a small family owned business, so support local!

This used to be our favorite hangout. Last couple of times we were in we were so disappointed. Manager and workers were more interested in partying than taking care of customers. Food has gone down hill. We were told give it another chance a new owner is in the works. I don’t think the owner has a clue what’s going on in this establishment. Used to be kid and family friendly. Not all but a few staff members are always on their phones and eating. So sad to see our favorite SPOT go down. please someone come in and save The Spot!
