I would like to share information about how this Taco Bell location handles delivery orders. Due to the way their staff manages the process, drivers for services like DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats are forced to wait an excessive amount of time to receive orders. As a result, customers receive their food late and cold. This is not a one-time issue, it appears to be their standard procedure.

During late-night hours, the lobby is closed, so drivers can only pick up orders at the delivery window near the main entrance. Drivers ring the bell, provide the customer’s name, and then wait indefinitely. The issue is that employees do not bring out orders individually. Instead, they wait until an entire cart is filled with multiple orders, around 10 drivers’ worth, before distributing them. Even if your order is already prepared and sitting on the cart, it will not be handed out until the cart is completely full.

In my case, my customer’s food sat ready on the cart for about 15 minutes. After that, I had to wait while the employee distributed all the orders one by one. I received the order approximately 20 minutes later. By the time I delivered it, even with an insulated bag, the food was cold.

The customer received cold food solely due to Taco Bell’s internal process. I hope this information helps other drivers avoid wasting their time at this location and helps customers understand that delays in this case are not the driver’s fault.

This location has a serious lack of management and oversight with its employees. Anyone using an app to get their orders through places like DoorDash, Grubhub, etc… it’s not the drivers fault, please be patient with them, and I say this as an every now and then walk up customer. This location is known for their excessive and unnecessary time wait.

Today really threw me for a loop. When I walked up, there was only one car at the drive thru window and approximately four people outside waiting for mobile or delivery orders. One customer said they kept pressing the button to get someone’s attention but were completely ignored.

I don’t know how long everyone else was waiting outside, but I imagine quite a while. I had placed my order 15 minutes before arriving (based on their pattern), and they still made me wait an additional 7 minutes. They only just started everyone’s orders. It’s incredibly disrespectful. I’ve even waited as long as 50 minutes before and I couldn’t cancel my order. Orders should be made on who puts them in first. Y’all need to do better or you need to quit. Go work at Goodwill, but even then, I don’t think they’d want you.

Oh, I paid a dollar for this gross guacamole and they shorted me one of my soft tacos. Thanks I guess…it’s a nice slap in the face on top everything else.

Literally the worst taco bell location i have ever experienced. I still have to put up with it since they closed all of the others. No lobby, only doorbell check in. I usually do my shopping after checking in as the fastest ive gotten my food was 35 minutes after check in. If you are looking for a way to mentally break yourself look no further!

I’m not sure why anyone has not reported this location, They lack customer quality. The drive through is ALWAYS closed, there is only ever a window that everyone has to walk up to and get their orders. Also, The LOBBY IS NEVER EVER OPEN. IVE NEVER ONCE SEEN THIS TACO BELL LOBBY OPEN ITS ALWAYS ALWAYS CLOSED. Due to the drive thru and lobby being closed there’s always a long line at the “pickup” window.

I constantly wait forever at the walk up window. While there is no one in drive thru. Then when someone pulls threw it then suddenly their done before me? Even though I was here first waiting outside and not in a warm car?? Its such a constant long wait. Pls be patient with delivery ppl. They wait the same time as me and often times they say they finished making a product for the drivers but then dont bring it out so they are just waiting the same time as me. But are getting punished by the stores mistakes.

Signs everywhere to order online and pick up at the window since the lobby is closed, but you can’t even select pickup as an order option, only drive through. I walked here thinking it’d be easier and cheaper than delivery but I’ve spent 30 minutes in the rain instead. No hate to the workers but whoever set up their ordering system like this needs to do better.

This is not the first time this has occurred, so I’m leaving a review. When you receive an order as a uber or DoorDash delivery driver, they make you wait outside in the freezing cold, while orders are being completed just tossed to the side while people stand outside in the cold. Tonight, Taco Bell had I 6-7 staff, one was dancing in the kitchen where I could see her, and there was 5-10 people outside waiting. I would see them put a complete order to the side and wait til there was 5 or so ready, then wheel it over to the door. Instead of having someone manually walk each order over when it was ready. The reason I’m complaining is because there was literally 7 staff, and one was dancing. The dancing staff member could have walked our orders to the window instead of making us wait, visibly seeing that it’s ready.

Bs. Super poor customer service.

Thursday night 9:15pm – only car in the drive-through at the time. Food order was completely wrong , only correct item received was the drink. Didn’t check the bag until home at which point too far away to bother returning. If it were rush hour I might understand, but there was literally nothing else going on….. do better.

As a vegan, when I am on a budget between pay periods and bills, I occasionally settle for Taco Bell. This Taco Bell always gets my order wrong, I always have to turn back around. And what’s worse, most recently I ordered a black bean crunch wrap Fresca style, when I brought it home, I found ground beef inside of it. It would’ve been one thing if they had put sour cream or cheese, but the black bean crunch wrap is specifically on the vegetarian menu. It doesn’t contain ground beef. This is not an acceptable mistake, and when I went back to get a replacement, they gave me four expired coupons. Absolutely unacceptable.
