I ordered my food and visited with Ashley & Sherry.
My breakfast was perfectly cooked, fresh, and hot.
The entire restaurant, including the bathroom, was very clean. Good people who work here + good food + good customer service that exceeded my expectations = 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Google Reviews! A positive shout-out to everyone who works here!

I ate here a few days ago at 2:40am and it was my second time going through the drive-through in the middle of the night here. Both times I had a great experience from the same employee., David. Even though there probably wasn’t another customer for maybe a half hour, the food was hot, fast, and delicious both times and David had a great attitude. Though I’m sure he was quite tired at that hour. He got my complete special order correct and my fries were filled up rather than, half filled as I am used to at that hour. Thanks a lot, David!

This Jack in the Box is hit or miss. I visit here often for lunch while at work and sometimes the tacos are awesome like they should be but about half the time you get something less than desired. The other day I got tacos and most of them were half filled at best. And if you order multiple tacos (I ordered 8 on this day) make sure you check how many hot sauce packets they give you at the drive thru. I didn’t and even though I got 8 tacos, I only was given 3 saucr packets. I would hope for at least one per taco but mostly I don’t want to pay for a taco and only get half of one. Kitchen needs to do better! They are rushing these too much and not caring enough about how they make the food. I remember you used to go to jack in the box and everything would be fresh and that’s why the line took so long, now you get through the line faster but the food seems like it was made a half hour ago sometimes.
Got to add a new update to this, went here today and got tacos again and they tasted awful. They had this charred taste that was like eating off an extremely dirty and burnt grill. I will update that the tacos have been filled with proper amounts of beef since my last review but I would have rather had half filled tacos that were edible. I’m sure someone just didn’t clean the cooking surface well enough because I’ve visited here many times and never had tacos taste like this but today they were just gross. Burnt grill surface is not a good topping.

Erica was very mean and had the worst attitude ever, we felt disappointed and decided to tell her they had poor management but instead of saying sorry she asked if I still wanted to order with an attitude and then closed then window saying we can go somewhere else. I feel very disappointed by how she even took my order when I got to the drive through, started raising her voice at me when I corrected her on what I wanted since she had the order wrong herself.

This is HANDS DOWN the BEST jack in box I’ve been to. Everyone I have gone to is so down hill and they always get my order wrong. Everyone here greeted me as I walked in, everyone was smiling, the food is freshly made, got my food fast, lots of drink choices and they arent stingy on their condiments. Definitly stopping here more often on my way home from work. Props to this jack in the box for excelling all the others and standing out.

I drove by this location to pick up some food for my sister. I made sure all the food was in the bag before leaving , little did I know that the tacos I ordered for her had lettuce and nothing else. Who the hell does this by the time we noticed I had dropped off the food and left to work. Thank you for ruining her lunch.

I placed my order on the app ahead of time so i wouldn’t have to wait long. I ordered 20 tacos on the app and after i get back to my job I don’t see ANY TACO SAUCE & napkins… this is INSANEEEE ….And no im not driving back to get sauce on my lunch break thats ridiculous . The Manager Israel offered me a solution but he was laughing on the phone while trying to figure out what to do. A managers job is to de-escalate the situation and find a solution . Its SIMPLE.

Inedible. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and it’s burnt and has an acrid taste that I’m not sure I want to know where it comes from. Rarely do I throw out a meal I’ve already paid for, but this was truly foul.
