I visited this place twice this week, and each time, I was disappointed. After waiting five minutes once I purchased my food, I asked for hot fries. The associate said, “Sure, ma’am, it will take three minutes to cook a fresh order. Do you want to wait?” I said yes. After waiting another minute or two, this is what he returned with: a large order of refried fries with the oil included! Take a look.

I’m a full time dasher and I pick a lot from this store. This is one of the busiest store I know, and yes sometimes it take a long time to get your order here. I’ve seen the employees did the best they can and sometimes yes they can’t catch up with overwhelming order, it is what it is. Took 20 min for my mobile order AFTER I checked in ( and there were not busy at all at 1030 on a Wednesday) , no ranch, and they said my food was handed to me a good 10 min before I WALKED in to get it. No one check in to inform me of a delay and manager was rude when I walked in like I was an inconvenience for walking in and asking why my food was marked as delivered to my car and it was still sitting on the rolling tray.

Nasty. This McDonald’s in Loma Linda is charging $1.20 more for each fish burger in comparison to Grand Terrace McDonald’s which is only eight minutes drive away, the fish sandwich is tiny so an adult needs three sandwiches, meaning I ended up paying $3.89 extra for my order after tax in Loma Linda. A sandwich costing $6.34 only has a thin partial slice of cheese which covers quarter of the bun.

Did drive thru today. After paid and went to 2 nd window they told me to make a left and wait . Poor guy he was holding 4-5 bags of food.
They missed an item that I asked. I ordered Happy Meal and they upcharged automatically for my drink to M size even I didnt ask for it. When my daughter drank it, it tasted like sprakling water not even a soda.
