Very disappointed with our service last night. After a long trip heading back home from the Bay Area my parents and kids needed to use the restroom and we were also starving so I decided to stop in Modesto to grab a bite and so my family could use the restroom. Before 9pm when we entered we were not greeted at all (ignored by the young girl who was working the counter) then after a little while she asked if we were ready, before ordering my dad asked if he can use the restroom and she said they are locked. Didn’t want to open the bathroom. The kids wanted to still stay and eat so we did. We proceeded to order $72 worth of food as that same employee did not give us our drinks but went to take her break right after. The nice gentleman behind the counter assisted us with asking if we received any of our drinks and took care of that. Right before we were leaving another man walked in and asked the male employee to open the bathroom and as we were walking out the man was entering the restroom. I wanted to go back in and see if we could use the restroom too but my parents didn’t want to deal with anymore discomfort. Please train your employees better or maybe don’t have employees working on Valentine’s Day if they are going to be more worried about receiving flowers at work than attending customers (the flowers were really pretty by the way)

It’s always cold the employees take to long to serve and they never let other people use the restroom due to accusing others of smoking drugs in there bathroom they also have rats running in and out of the kitchen there is always food on the ground as well

Come here often, it’s always quick service and hot and good tasting food. Today me and the fam tried some of the Deadpool and wolverine promotional items like the spicy chicken tenders combo and the mini chimichangas. It was all surprisingly good for fast food and will continue to come in.

I’m recently new to the West side Modesto area, I am former service management, that being said I will be reporting this order to the corporate because I’ll order a strawberry milkshake with no whipped cream and a whipped cream was literally scooped off right in front of me. Not only that the the person at the window was beyond rude and did not take the order correctly and when I found out that food was missing not only food missing but the busted bag as well she was not willing to make it right. And at the end of the day when you’re working in customer service is not about the customer being right it’s all about regardless of what your position is when you’re inside being paid to present a service it should be well done because you’re getting paid for it that being said not only does management need to step up to the plate and do their job efficiently and correctly as far as changing the oil in the deep fryers the attitude definitely needs to be checked before clocking in to work cook the order should be more important as quality and efficiency then making the drive-thru times when literally there’s no dining and yes I sure will be also contact in corporate and I will no longer ever eat at Jack in The box here in town off of Paradise.

Not much to say, it is. Jack in the Box. Ive been going here for years on my commute to or from work. The people in the drive thru are nice, out of all the times I’ve been there which are more than I can count my order was in error maybe 4 times over 3 years.
Oh don’t expect service around midnight to early morning. Their system does some sort of update each morning and locks them out of Point of Sale systems for anywhere between 10 minutes to 45 minutes.
