We ordered online. 6 out of the 12 doughnuts were incorrect. I was pretty irritated about it because they advertised everything as available, we picked it up in the morning, and they were still out of everything. Not to mention some of them were so ugly.

Ordered online, was handed a VERY sticky box, and when I got home 3 of the donuts I’d ordered had been replaced with gross apple-filled ones I NEVER would have chosen. Nothing was said. I was never given a choice to replace them with something else and it’s a long drive to get there and back. My phone number was right on the ticket placed on the box. It would have been very easy for them to contact me.

I gave 1 star because at 11:30 in the morning, they only had 4 basic donuts to chose. I went up to the drive through and they had a very nice menu of all kinds. I ordered a apple fritter and when I got to the window is when she told me only 4 to chose from. I asked if this is how it is all the time, she says yes. I felt like I got tricked.

Donuts are delicious, but holy crap – update your menu! They didn’t have hot lattes, they didn’t have cinamon rolls, and they didn’t have cake batter, all of which were ON the menu, and they literally have a poster outside advertizing the cinnamon rolls. The service was terrible. I had made a online mobile order and when I went up to the drive through they told me I needed to go inside. So I go in the building to pick up my order and I wait for a long time to pick my mobile order. Then they only gave me 1 box when I ordered an original glaze and a classic assortment. I told them I had 2 boxes of donuts. The lady looked upset and grabbed a glaze donut dozen for me. I walked out to my car and checked the donuts to fine out she gave me the incorrect assortment of donuts. I walked back in and told them I wanted the classic assortment of donuts and they were not the correct ones. They lady there said you got your classic ones you asked for. I said no this is incorrect on the assortment they are the speciality donuts that I did not want. She did not help me at all and was very mean and she didn’t understand me at all. I took the donuts and I said this was not the right order and I told her I was not happy with the service today at all. I took the donuts and left. No one today was nice or helpful. Very disappointed with the staff and they didn’t want to help or fix the mistake they had made.

DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED. I went to go get my birthday donuts and my app wasn’t loading and this worker was yelling at me because my phone wasn’t working. She was making me get the app to prove it was my birthday. She was holding up the line and I just wanted my free donuts. She was so disrespectful and treated me like trash. NEVER GO HERE. The service is awful and the other workers inside were sitting on their phones. She was smacking her lips and gum in my face and slammed the drive thru window while i was talking and in the end i didn’t even get my dounts after waiting in the line for 15 minutes.

The shop is clean and the donuts are tasty, and I’ve always found the crew here to be friendly and helpful. Certain types of donuts will sell out if you come too late in the day, or not-yet-ready if you come too early (I aim for 11am if I can.) Please bring back the lemon-filled glazed ones!

The donuts were decent but the drive through experience was awful. The machine that takes the order could not get my order right. It was very annoying and ruined the whole experience. Will not be using the drive through. Idk if it was worth it.

Went through the drive through this morning and their AI ordering machine was super frustrating. I asked for 3 different drinks and they were all “out of stock”. It took so long for me to order with the machine that the person behind me just drove around me to the window.
Not only were the donuts hard and cold that I got but the employee used the same gloves to take my payment and then grab a donut with her hand to put in a bag for me. Gross!!! At least take gloves for handling food off before touching people’s money and credit cards or use tongs to grab the donuts. Food safety rules are really not that hard to follow.

This is the second time I came to this store today and both time service and atmosphere is not good.
2nd time I ordered a count of 3 original glassed and they were old, cold, and the bottom of my donuts they had some chocolate glassed from touching with other donuts.
They services is very poor every single time, they were supposed to give me the donuts in a box cause I ordered 3, instead they threw them in a small bag where the glassed can be rubbed off with each other.
Very poor service and poor quality food.
I will not be coming back, we have two other donut shops just two minutes away from this store.
