My dreams of a yummy KFC meal went down the drain. The chicken used to be mouthwatering good, so good that you would eat seconds and thirds. Not so anymore. Portions were very small, the 3 Chicken fingers were no more than the size of my small hand. The side coleslaw was a quarter of a cup. And the chicken combo bowl with mashed potatoes, gravy, corn was topped with six bite-size pieces of chicken. To top it off, the food wasn’t even hot. However, the drinks were large.

We were definitely very disappointed. The Colonel would’ve been disappointed too. It was definitely a meal for portion sizes if you were on a diet.

My wife went through the drive-through and spent approximately $55 on our meal. When she arrived home, we discovered that nearly half of our order was missing. Due to heavy traffic, it took some time to get home before we were able to realize the mistake. I immediately returned to the store to address the issue in person. When I spoke with a young male employee and explained what items were missing, he went to the back of the store. A young female employee then came to the counter and began speaking to him in Spanish. During this interaction, she was actively chewing food and smacking her lips while talking, which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful in a customer service setting. The male employee then translated for her and told me that she claimed the order was packed correctly and that they would not provide the missing items because the order had been picked up an hour earlier.
I attempted to explain that the delay was due to traffic and that we did not realize the items were missing until we arrived home. I was then told that because I did not bring the food back with me, they would not correct the order or provide the missing items. This response was unacceptable. Not only was the conduct of the employees unprofessional, but the refusal to correct a clear mistake effectively resulted in us paying for food we never received. From a customer’s perspective, this feels like we were simply told “too bad” after being shorted on a $55 order.

Went tonight through the drive thru and the food was terrible and not as requested, literally was only one vehicle parked besides ours when we went, was served greasy chicken that had clearly been sitting out a while with mush at the bottom. Ordered two sprites with the meals and one was tinted brown, I’m sure it got mixed with some other soda. Disappointed because every other time at this location was great.

Bad. Ordered 8pc family meal with cole slaw, mashed potatoes & gravy, & biscuits and chicken pot pie (they looked so good in the commercials). They forgot my pot pie & gravy for mashed potatoes, good thing i checked the order before leaving. The pot pie was bad & looked nothing like the ads. I think it sat under the heat lamp a while. It was deflated, no veggies, brown meat (little if any white meat) & dry. Microwave frozen ones are much much better. Boston Market has the best fast food pot pies IMO. The fried chicken was suppose to be extra crispy but there was so much oil (you can see the picture showing the bottom of the bucket was grease & soggy batter). The chicken was a greasy mess. Cole slaw, mashed potatoes, gravy & biscuits were fine. Go to Bush’s a block down the road.

The official app, website, and the hours posted on the door stated they were open to 11pm. I arrived at 10:25pm and attempted to order. The employee speaking at the drive through told me they closed at 10:30pm. I pointed out the hours said 11, and that it was also not yet 10:30. The employee then screamed through the intercom that they were closed. Not professional at all.

The manager started yelling at me for wanting to use a coupon. It was a coupon that he said was only offered by corporate, and I had to order online when the coupon clearly says in-store only. They could have just offered me a coupon they did honor, but no, I was disrespectfully treated for wanting to use a coupon.

How is 8pc 31$ and if I order it its less at 22 I could get the 12pc there and then Drive thru wanted to finish the order as fast as she wanted cutting off sentences,
After that received the change and told me to dubble check because she wasn’t sure… like how is this possible, came here for the reason I hadn’t been here for a long time and after this il keep it that way and now I see how yall are always empty!!poor staff and energy regret I could of gone Popeyes!

I had a very bad experience at this KFC location. The chicken was clearly undercooked, and even the flour inside was raw. This is a serious food safety issue. I am extremely disappointed and will not return unless major improvements are made. Please investigate this location immediately.

Manager was very rude!! He cut me off and didn’t let me finish ordering. When I pulled up to the window I asked him “What’s the rush?” and he said he’s hurrying to get off when closing was in 2 hours. I checked my food and he gave me a piece of chicken so small it fit in the palm of my hand, my hand isn’t that big either. Asked him for another piece because of how small it was and he said for $2.89 after I explained that the chicken was extremely small. I don’t know what I would expect from a KFC worker but all I know is customer service has gone down the gutter. 5/26/24.

Manager says her fryer turns off at 9 but they are open till 11? We were forced to pick a certain type of chicken we did not want. The order still came out wrong and the food was dry and seemed old. I did not even finish my food.. I got the chicken crisp combo and the gf got a number 1 they messed up.. not very good customer service..
