Just had the best experience I’ve ever had at this McDonald’s. Whoever was working the drive through windows and the kitchen really know what’s up. (Short red curly hair person at first window, person with longer brown hair at second window) I was about to give up on this location. Now I have hope. Thanks for the excellent, fast, and effective service. And my order was perfect. 2:55PM, Wednesday 10/22. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went here on 1/18/26 around 9:30 for breakfast and the lady at the first window was insanely rude and snappy. We asked for orange juice with our order and she replied with “we don’t have orange juice and i am guessing no sauce.” we could not hear her through the intercom thing. I have never been treated like this here so disappointed

Display is a truly hit and miss, my experience were this past week wasn’t as good as last week. I pretty much order three times a week for drive-through only. The older person will be sleeping or something. I have to ask the same question five times and not telling any answer back. I usually order the six dollar meal just be patient at this place and you should get through without an issue, but I hope they can improve their service to the next level.

I never thought to do a review for McDonald’s, but my mama used to live across the street & we came here all the time on different occasions for about 2 years. With that being said, I felt the need to do a review because EVERY-TIME I have came here they have been so upbeat, happy and positive vibes, along with great customer service for me. I RARELY get that type of satisfaction being in the Renton/Kent area, especially from a McDonald’s, lmao so I really appreciated that. I would recommend.

Around 10:20pm on 01/26 I ordered a quarter pounder and Big Mac. Service was great, long wait time and unfortunately undercooked meat. I threw out my receipt before I had the chance to consume the food.I took a bite of my quarter pounder only to look down in horror at the very pink undercooked patty. Unlikely, that I will ever return to this location. PSA to everyone that comes across this review. Keep your receipt and check your meats.

The store is ok, could do better to keep good food rather than hold the mcchickens for an hour+. The app however will screw you out of money, straight up. Mcdonalds used to be cheap. Now all the deals are in the app, and the app will cancel your orders with no wraning.

I’ve gone to this McDonalds for the last time. The food is often lower quality than other McDonalds in the area and every other time I go through the drive through I end up spending 5-10 minutes sitting in their overflow spots with 3 other cars.

Confusing drive thru, told me to go to a place that wasn’t marked, waited for 15 minutes and had to go inside. Found my food lukewarm and they messed up my burger.
