Excellent Service & Consistently Great Experience!
This Taco Bell at Taco Bell – 3606 Red Rd is hands down my favorite location. Every time I come here, the service is fast, friendly, and efficient. The staff is always polite, patient, and makes sure orders are correct — which truly makes a difference.
I especially want to recognize Nova and Angella, who I believe are managers. They do an amazing job leading the team and creating a positive, welcoming environment. You can tell they care about both their customers and their staff, and it absolutely shows in the quality of service provided.
The food is consistently fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick bite or grabbing food on the go, this location never disappoints. If you’re in the Miramar area and craving Taco Bell, this is the spot. Keep up the great work! ⭐️

Again a sad state of affairs. Taco Bell has long been the King and Home of Late Nite munchies. Tasty fun quick cheap food that would satisfy any palate at 2am… But lately it’s just been tasteless lukewarm overpriced mush. What is happening to the fast food industry since Covid????? Sad

I cant express my dissatisfaction and disappointment enough. This is the closest taco bell to me and on multiple occasions ive had to go to the one in pines due to the lack of service and communication at the drive thru intercom. Cars are always left sitting there with no one responding to them just waiting for a person to take their orders. TODAY, i sat there for a few minutes waiting for someone to get my order, i heard no one. When i am leaving, the lady is outside with her headset on just on her phone the entire time. This location is so ridiculous. Theres no reason i should be driving across town for food when the same food is 5 minutes away from me. This is always during night shift. Please hire better workers

We drive 15-20 mins to this specific one because they always make your food with care. We adore this establishment. No matter who it is that helps you, they’re always so nice. This time we got Phan and he was incredibly nice even at 2:30AM. Please be kind to the associates. Working fast food isn’t easy especially until late at night. Those are somebody’s Babies and they’re doing their best! Will def keep coming back!

Taco Bell will let me tell you about Taco Bell this one here takes forever and another thing is the food isn’t that good I don’t know what’s going on I used to go there in like the place but I guess they got new employees and their food is absolutely just slapped I threw it all together I mean I don’t know if there’s kids working back there I don’t know what’s going on with they need some new employees I don’t even know how they’re still in business I mean for fast food it’s okay I guess if you want to wait and have mediocre food but someone that has been a businessman and wants a quick bite to eat this one I would pass and go to a different Burger King but if you have to it’s not going to kill you it’s not that bad but it’s not great either if you know what I’m saying this is just an honest review I’ve been there a few times and it’s been a hit or miss most of the times I miss I just wish it wasn’t so close to me because it’s literally right down the street and I drive an extra two miles to get to a different Burger King because I know that it’s going to be better than the one that’s close it’s not even on par with the other one but the one thing that stays the same is that Hershey pies you can’t go wrong with them I absolutely love the Hershey pies. The fries are usually cold but those new things the jalapeno poppers they’re always hot from there and they’re really delicious too I recommend those to anybody if you like little spice if you don’t stay away because sometimes they cut the jalapenos a certain way and they’re a little more spicy actually a lot but that’s more from the factory not the actual Burger King

I’ve been going to this tacobell for 5+ years and if you are to go inside its always been 5-10min to get your food but as I am in the drive through right now… its always 30min to get your food. I made my order online at 10pm. Its pushing 10:30pm and ive still been waiting. Haven’t even talked to a human yet.
I still go here bcuz I still like fake Mexican food. But if you gonna order from here dont come at nighttime. There’s only 2ppl working and one of them is on their phone 24/7

THE WORST Taco Bell. We ordered burrito supremes the size of soft tacos rolled up! I nicely showed the manager (short Hispanic guy working the drive through) and his response was that’s how we make them. I let him know I’ve been ordering the same thing for 40 years and has never looked this tiny. I said I’m going to have to request my money back, so he turned around and said cash or card. As I walked away, a lady eating said I had the same problem! I went back and let him know that customer has the same problem, and instead of apologizing he just like at me and didn’t say anything. I also paid extra for extra cheese on the nachos and had to get up to ask for that too. So get ready to get taken here!

Staff was working but everyone including the manager were I’m slow motion. Drive thru was backed up for 10 to 15 minutes during my dine in experience. No one greats you. Just 2 kiosks and you get to figure them out now. Thise kiosks need to go. Saying hello, thank you is what a business needs. 20 minute out the door kiosk wait time, manager dies nothing to help even use the cash register they still have to move the lines quicker. Very small parking lot and very small inside sir down area. Even a line waiting for the restroom. Manager yelled at the young man 3x about too much cheese in my pintos and cheese. Then walked over with no gloves and took cheese out of the already made pintos and cheese. Very disappointed in her actions on Tuesday 9-9-25. This needs to be corrected. $19 for 3 taco supreme combo which is only a drink, cinnamon twists and pintos n cheese with no red sauce. They don’t- subtract an item you don’t want from the cost but charge you .90 cents for a teaspoon of sour cream on a pintos n cheese. What happened Taco Bell, crazy prices now on your menu. Very disappointing visit.

Horrible service. Waited 25 mins to get my food from drive thru. Ordered a mexican pizza vegeterian and the order taker confirmed it twice. Ended up getting it with beef inside. Bunch of young kids running the place. Again horrible. Corporate needs to wake up.
