Friendly enough staff but quality is lacking. Very little meat on any of the 3 crunchwraps I purchased. These crunchwraos are wafer thin and the meat is all on one side, with the cheese on the other, skimpy on lettuce, tomato and sour cream. Very dissatisfied, you can be friendly all you want that’s great, but make my food correctly & with the correct amount.
Edit: as you can tell by the lack of reply from the business, this Taco Bell location doesn’t care about customer service at all. Also, corporate Taco Bell offered me 1 free individual item as compensation for completely messing up my $20+ order. Taco Bell, you are a joke

Food was cold as hell I had no meat in my burrito potatoes where old just terrible all together they got the nerve to not answer phone then when they do have no answer but talking bout a refund but that won’t solve my food issue just do better food

My recent order had issues, I very rarely have many issues here, but it’s becoming more normal, This order the chips and cheese the lid on the cheese was not secured and got on everything in the box, my wife’s oder had no changes and yet the cheesy gordita church had no lettuce and the soft taco had no lettuce as well, the food seemed to be abit old didn’t taste the best unfortunately not sure what’s going on here probably will state going to the newer one not to far form here.

Ordered nacho Bell grande and paid .75 cents to add jalapenos just to get 3 OMG then talk to the manager she said that it another .75 for a side of jalapenos. When did 3 jalapenos became a side ? So that’s a $1.50 for jalapenos no thanks. I will go to Walmart and buy a small jar for a $1.50. Skip the upcharges people and just get the food.

It was Taco Bell food, so I knew what I was getting myself into quality wize. I ordered 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos with onions grilled. The wait was a little over 30 minutes, though. The waits were the same for many other patrons even more. The workers seemed to have no idea what was going on, and the overall atmosphere was one of chaos, confusion, and frustration. The night shift here is very good, but I wouldn’t trust the lunch shift.

In the last month this Taco Bell went from one of the most solid fast food places in town to one of the worst. 3 times in a row they’ve messed my order up. Not only did they mess it up but apparently there is a meat shortage based on their portions. 3 pieces of steak in a 7 dollar burrito is not sufficient.
