My husband is a picky eater and has always refused to eat here. Tonight he gave it a try and he was BEYOND happy. The food was amazing but the staff and the service were top notch!! I can’t say enough about how attentive they were. It was PACKED with a line to the door and they were running like crazy. They had the perfect team and game plan. The tables were being cleaned immediately, drink refills offered by multiple staff multiple times, everything came out cooked to perfection. The staff alone deserved ten stars tonight and I can’t thank you enough because my picky husband will now eat Tijuana flats with me!!!

It took way too long to receive my burrito due to The fraternizationbetween manager and employee in the back of house… I asked the employee’s names and receive the names Damien and Bella.. in my opinion working in the restaurant business for 15 years, it is a poor look for the manager of the store to be touching on younger employees on the line in front of customers… Seems like a conflict of interest, which could very well be the downfall to their ticket times And poor food quality..

Definitely in my top 10 of favorite places to eat. The food is always on point, the atmosphere is always chill, and the mood is always saucy. If you’re looking for a little heat or a sauce that will pack more than a punch. Then this is the place to go. The orange City Location has been my favorite over the years. They just do it right. What else can I say.

I haven’t eaten at a Tijuana Flats in awhile. Not sure i will be going back anytime soon. I ordered a Steak Burrito With black beans and a little rice . I don’t remember seeing any black beans in it. Some rice, there was no steak until I got to the end of the Burrito. An then it was very little pieces of steak and well over cooked. Like I received all the littlest pieces that where left when the clean up for the night. Atmosphere was okay and the waitress was awesome. Bad part is I got it to go. Otherwise I would have asked for my money back.

I ordered a Take Home Taco Meal for my family. My FAMILY. I have a 14 and 6 year old that hate spicy things.
They NEVER used to put the fresh jalapeños mixed in with the pico. Actually it was always tomatoes, onions, lettuce and cheese.
Well guess what- now no one can have tomatoes or onions because they are all spicy!!
The queso?!? Omg- it looks like it was made last week?? The shredded chicken was so incredibly dry.
Please understand, I know this brand and company. I have been a die hard TFlats person since 2003!!! Over 20 years! O have no clue what’s going on but THIS is the worst quality I’ve ever seen from this brand.
Stop cutting corners and DO IT RIGHT! Been there, seen it and know what it used to be. Last $70 order for my family I’ll make.

Tonight was my first time ever having a bad experience at this location. I waited by the Togo area and was ignored for 20 minutes. I could hear the staff laughing about people’s tips and then I saw them throw a bag on top of the counter. I then walked up to the counter and waited a few minutes for someone to acknowledge me and asked about my order. She then looks at the bag and says oh it’s right here. So my food had been sitting there in the back getting cold the entire time. Once I got home I took a bite and realized something was off with my food. I get atom bombs all the time as they are my favorite. I’m not sure what this is inside of them but it’s definitely not supposed to be in there.

This was my first time at this location. I have been to another Tijuana Flats location and didn’t have a good experience. The staff was super nice and were always smiling. They constantly came by our table to see if their was anything we needed. I ordered Flautas (steak) and Nachos (Chicken) they were so good. I definitely recommend this location! Both my family and I had a great experience. Thank you 🙂
