The cl Cleanest friendliest, and the best service I’ve ever received in Taco Bell! Not only was the lobby very clean and well organized. The food was fantastic and also the service at front was superb. The counterman Eloyd was very efficient in his job, had great knowledge of the menu with the prices and was very professional, this man was properly trained, and I appreciate his willingness to help me. He went way above and beyond as a prime example of customer service. I hope this is the guy who’s training your Customer Service portion of your policies. If not give this man a raise. This is the best Taco Bell. I’ve been to yet and have set the bar very high for any Taco Bell in the future for me and my family. Thank you Taco Bell Way to bring it home! Eli, thank you for your customer service and friendly smile you rock.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Upon arrival, there were 2 employees outside kissing. Went inside to see an employee laying on a bench with his damn feet and legs up on a table. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. My sister had noticed this while she was still in my car, she called the store and the person that we told was extremely careless. She said “I’m not sure what you want me to say or do” and continued to argue and didn’t care that it was super unsanitary.
The only person I saw that was actually doing their job was making the food. That’s it. Other than that everyone else was doing whatever they wanted.

Man. Nothing more disappointing than ordering food. Being asked if it’s correct on the screen. Getting home to find out not a single thing on the order was right. In turn paying almost double for my meal. And not being able to eat anything that was given to me. This location is going downhill at a rapid pace. Train the employees right.!! This shouldn’t happen. I will not be returning to this location again. After all these years.

I didn’t get anything I ordered. I ordered through DoorDahs; they’re supposed to prepare the food and deliver it sealed. There were no straws in my order, no sauces, and the food wasn’t the way I ordered it and I also talk to the stupid guy at night I called the man who works at night because I order in person or by delivery and he always puts cream or tomato when I say no because I am allergic and I spend 80 dollars for food that is not what I ordered in the end and he is an irresponsible person

The employees are the WORST people ive ever dealt with (specifically night crew, haven’t really visited in the day). They are so disrespectful and talk bad about you IN THE OPEN RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. they ALWAYS manage to get more order completely wrong somehow. I work in customer service and I KNOW how hard it is sometimes but there is NO excuse for service like this. Its so filthy and as someone who worked in food, if my location looked like this, we would have been closed down!!!!

Janina helped me with my order. She was very nice. I got the doritos locos taco, bean burrito, as well as the cheesy fiesta potatoes. Bean burrito was basically lava and burned my innards. No babies on the bathroom floor this time, also no changing station in the bathroom (and no mirrors). Potatoes were not like rocks.

May 24th-I don’t understand why it is so hard for people to understand how to package items in a bag. Why you would stack 8 bean burritos on top of a Mexican pizza is beyond me. (First photo) Either they don’t care or they don’t have enough foresight to think about how the weight of a bunch of burritos might crush the thin little box holding a Mexican pizza. Also, chips for nachos were stale and old, tacos and cheesy gordita crunch barely had any meat in them, sauce and cheese were also very light.
July 25th- they did it again, same situation, one bag with 18 items in it, 8 bean burritos and 8 tacos stacked on top of my quesdailla and Mexican pizza on the bottom (second photo). When the owner or manager of a business doesn’t respond to review its one thing but to not read them and take some information to adjust their procedures is another. Other than letting the rest of the people in the world know how bad they are the reviews obviously don’t do anything to correct the issue. Are paper bags hard to come by? Because God forbid you use more than one bag for EIGHTEEN items!!!!
