This location does not even deserve a one star! Arrived a half hour before they closed along with 5 other cars in the line. Waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru line no one answered the speaker. Sign and parking lights were on including the menu board. Pulled up to the window the manager came to the window and she said they were closed. I ver politely told being in the industry that she might want to put a sign on the speaker or window saying they closed early. She said they closed due to an install. I advised her she had lots of cars waiting on the drive thru and she said they can keep on waiting there. I drove around and told the other customers they were closed. One other customer had an online order and he was unsure now how he was getting his money back. All this could have been avoided by a simple sign and turning off the online and mobile orders. I was mostly appalled at the total rudeness of the manager and how she handled the situation. Definitely needs some training on customer service

Ducked in for a quick eat in breakfast. The place was very clean. We ordered off the kiosk. Food was delivered to the table in 5 min with a crowd of people in the cue. No hassle. No drama. Also no napkins or condiments is the reason for low service score.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds in NE ohio AVOID AT ALL COST you will not receive good service if ANY SERVICE AT ALL the workers are all attitude driven i have been a GM for years I would FIRE THIS WHOLE STORE ON THE SPOT and start fresh put the expectation of friendliness in place you should thank the customers for keeping you employed not make them feel like YOUR DOING THEM THE FAVOR!!!

This store has a rating of 3, which makes sense given my experiences. Every time I’ve visited, the service has been poor. I went again on Saturday, December 6th, at 3:30 PM. I ordered two large fries, two 10-piece nuggets, two Mac chicken sandwiches, and an iced caramel coffee with customizations. Each time I order, I ask for everything to be fresh, but they fail to deliver, and I have to request replacements multiple times. This happened again: they didn’t give me fresh food, initially delayed our drinks, and made the customized drink incorrectly. The packaging was terrible—the sandwich was outside the wrapping, the nuggets were soaked in mayo, and both fries and nuggets were old, which I pointed out. They replaced the sandwich but not the nuggets. I had to return for more food, and even then, the coffee wasn’t made the way I customized it. I also received undercooked fries after multiple visits. All staff were extremely unprofessional—using phones, chatting, and laughing instead of working seriously. The manager was present but still didn’t know how the employees could behave like this. They never apologized for the poor service. I’ve experienced similar issues before but never complained until now, when I was so frustrated I had to express my disappointment.

Very rude ignorant incompetent people that work there… make you wait in the drive thru line while they clear out the cars, instead of keeping the line flowing. The manager and another employee standing outside smoking instead of taking orders or helping. Outside drive waits 4 minutes for order to be taken while inside drive thru gets taken the second they pull up. This location seriously needs better management and better educate on what the timer means when cars pull up no wonder yous are the less busiest of them all.

Employees didn’t know how to make the sandwich we ordered. Had to read them the ingredients off the menu. They were rude and intentionally slow. Took 15 min to get our food when we were the only people there. They ignored us for the first 5 mins. And they still messed up the sandwich and we had to have them fix it and they had an attitude about that.

Honestly never had much a good experience here but my card wouldn’t work and the workers were super nice and I ran home to get cash and came back. Order was still fresh and good and employees tonight were honestly so sweet and understanding!
