I checked in to pick up my order curbside and Waited about a half hour and watched the drive though be cleared multiple times so I went in and my order had been sitting there just forgotten. By the time I got home it had taken me almost a hour and I live not even 10 minutes away. All the food ordered was terrible and cold and the milk from my kid’s happy meal was warm. Everything went in the trash with no one eating anything. Complete waist of money and time and money. I will never go to this McDonald’s again and will leave it at a 0 out of 5 star service

Got chicken strips and they looked to be cooked over an hour ago.
Soggy. Looked overcooked. Soaked in grease. Threw my meal out in full after one bite. Disgusting. Fries were soggy as well. will not come back to this one again.

Only reason I gave it a couple three stars was because the prices don’t reflect the quality of the food the prices are too high and the food is not that high end of fast food to pay that. When they got rid of the dollar menu they lost me as a customer. You used to be able to eat like a king for $5

Rude. The monopoly stickers were already peeled off and when confronted about an order that was wrong the employee was standoffish. Every order I’ve gotten from here has been missing items, wrong, and the monopoly stickers are peeled off

I’ve worked at Dunkin for four years just to preface this. My boyfriend got 3 large sweet teas one for me one for him and one for my mom, they tasted so so horrible. So I spent my break from work driving back there(my own fault) and they said i needed a receipt. Obviously I didn’t have it so I told them I could have him send me the bank statement or whatever & they said no. I’m so annoyed with this but long story short my break is gone and boyfriend is going back with the receipt. Lol.

Took about 20 mins to get my food. It was barely hot either. There was a long line because everyone had a long wait on food. At least they got my order right but this establishment is not considered fast food which it should be. The attendees didnt seem pleasant either.
