I always order the Biggie Bag from this location and it never fails.. you either get fresh nuggets and cold fries OR fresh fries and cold nuggets. I’ve yet to get my order and have the chicken nuggets and fries both be fresh.

Currently here and just got my food. Per usual.. Fries are fresh.. chicken nuggets are cold and dry.

I had a great experience picking up my order today. Jay was incredibly kind and friendly and went out of her way to make sure my food was hot and fresh. It really made my day to be greeted with such positive energy and care. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my last visit to this Wendy’s was beyond disappointing. The employee named Jason was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of providing decent customer service, he was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. He rolled his eyes when I asked a question about my order and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire store.

I expect better when I’m spending money here. Management really needs to address Jason’s attitude, because it makes customers feel unwelcome and makes me not want to come back.

The service was polite and fast once the staff realized I was waiting. No one in the front waiting on customers and the restaurant wasn’t wiped down. Tables were dirty and order was cut short. I know I order the value fries but I wasn’t the recipient of the value.

The worst thing with Wendy’s is there automated service in the Drive-Thru this may be kind of petty but you order a combo charge for a combo you don’t get your fries you get out of your truck go in and it’s like you’re trying to steal from them I want you to go back out and grab your receipt after you just put in a 14-hour day. I guess the customer are thieves and want their free $2.49 fries tired of automated systems why can’t have a regular person take your order. Why should the customer be inconvenience

This use to be one of the better wendys I usually go when I get off work around 11 or 12 o’clock at night and for the past month or so the new night shit has been messing orders up bad even when there’s only one or 2 cars there willing to fix it when I bring it up but this wouldn’t happen if they did it right the first time almost every other time I get a burger it’s undercooked and this time it was almost completely raw like it got put on the grill for 10 seconds its not a race or atleast care enough to let it cook for 5 mins that shits gonna make people sick.

Had a couple of bad experiences with the workers and getting the wrong food but ultimately I’ve continued to go back and plan on continuing to do so unless the service takes a massive dip in quality. Love their chicken nuggets!

Well, not only did they put cheese on my two HAMBURGERS, when I called to ask if cheese came on HAMBURGERS normally, I was told no. Then when I tried to explain how this happens all the time, the “lady” who answered the phone decided to talk over me, say that there were two of the exact order at the same time, just one had cheese and one didn’t. Then I TRIED to ask if they were both from the same name. Which, once I used logic, she became even more rude than previously, and wouldn’t answer the question. All I wanted was for them to just be told to be more aware of what they’re doing. Because now my lunch is ruined (can’t really remove melted “cheese” and that plastic stuff they call cheese makes me sick), but I’m now also in a bad mood and hangry.

If this had been the first time that I had cheese added to my HAMBURGER, I probably wouldn’t have been so upset. But this is almost every time I eat at a Wendy’s. Can yall do something about the training in that (ALL WENDYS).

Also, absolutely don’t recommend.
