Tried this delicious place at the Skowhegan County Fair.
I got the three taco meal: Chicken, pulled pork and brisket.
The owner warmed up the tortillas until a light crisp/crunch to it and it made all the difference.
I enjoyed the meat as it has slight flavor; more of the natural meat flavor. It was juicy and not dry, always a plus. And the pico de gallo was fresh and tasted homemade.
I would have given it a 5 star if they made the tortillas homemade and not the store bought tortillas. Living in Texas for 8 years, trust me, homemade tortillas make allllll the difference in flavor!
I would suggest that they drain the pico so it isn’t so juicy and wet and to also add a second tray when serving the tacos so that when eating them, the juice can be drained in the other paper tray.
Other than that, very scrumptious! Will have to try other things on the menu next time!
