I come here almost daily to get my coffee. Today I was greeted at curbside by an older gentleman who was an absolute dear! He greeted me with “good morning Erica!” And it genuinely made me feel like a valued and appreciated customer! I will of course be continuing to get my coffee here

I’m extremely disappointed. I placed an online order and already paid for my ice cream and a shake, only to show up and be told the ice cream machine was down. That’s unacceptable. If the machine isn’t working, why is the item still available for online purchase?

It’s frustrating to waste time driving there, expecting what I paid for, just to be told it’s “not working” again. This seems to be a constant issue. If you can’t keep one of your most basic items available — or at least update your system so people aren’t charged for it — that’s a serious problem.

I only gave a 3 star because the food was fresh and correct. Also, the drive-thru person that takes order did get my order correct. However, I didn’t like him asking, “Is that all” after every item I ordered. I got a sweet tea extra ice, but when I get to the window, I get it with light ice. The girl huffs like it’s my fault. So, I just asked for a cup of ice. She tries to give me a small coffee cup of ice. I say there’s no regular cups. She huffs again and gives me a small cup half filled with ice. At this point, I just accepted that she did not want to be there and take my cup and leave. The bag had no napkins either. Also, her co-workers were laying up against the ice machine just talking, which led me to believe that she just didn’t want to work if they weren’t. No adult supervision leads to very poor service.

So I had an order here and had to wait almost 30 mins. And the service is horrible when I had a pick up I said thanks then she just went inside and rolled her eyes. I waited for her to bring my next ice cream cone and I found out she just ignored it! When I talk to her about it she cussed me out, this is not a place you call kid friendly. But in the end I got a free drink and ice cream cone. So this is 2 stars please do better next time.

Very disappointed. I came through the drive-thru around 2:15–2:30 PM and witnessed several sanitation concerns. One employee was using his bare fingers to stir coffee while preparing an iced coffee for a customer, and a Caucasian female employee was eating fries as they were being made for customers.

No gloves were being used, and there was no visible effort to maintain proper food-safety standards or professional hygiene. This is unacceptable, especially when it concerns customer health and safety.

FIX IT IMMEDIATELY AND FAST BEFORE PEOPLE GET SICK

Why would anyone sell expired chicken nuggets to people and pretend it’s safe to eat ? Ignored by the cashier because her mouth is stapled shut and she’s petrified of people. Just be a custodians if you can’t solve problems.

They need to get someone to take orders that understands English. There’s been multiple times before going to work I’ve tried ordering food here and there’s a certain worker who has messed up my order COMPLETELY because she doesn’t understand English that well.

Lady in drive thru was rude and Order an iced coffee should been a dollar but I charged full price lady said that deal didn’t start until 4am. It was 4:01am.. really.. she didn’t fix it .
