It’s very good but it is expensive for the area. I might have given it a 4 based on the price to value, but everything was made perfectly. Their salad is locally famous for a reason. I don’t know when I have had a more tender steak. I had the Boursin Filet. Our server was very friendly. Atmosphere is good; no problems, just doesn’t impress and. The waitress, Taylor, was absolutely phenomenal! Appreciated her taking the time, despite her busy section, to discuss allergens with my friend who’s son has egg and dairy allergies. I personally enjoyed the seafood ravioli, just wish that particular portion was larger for the price otherwise, overall great experience and may have to make this apart of my regular dining experiences!

Been meaning to write this one, recently visited Bella’s for a birthday dinner, the experience was impeccable, Darrell? I believe was the waiters name, was on top of his game, table was constantly attended too, chef came out to check on a dish because of dietary requirements for one of our guests , just made the entire experience wonderful!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!!!

Always hit this place when I’m in town, excellent food and service. Nice atmosphere and clean. Pasta con broccoli is my go-to but ask what the daily specials are as sometimes they’re outstanding as well.

I went to lunch here today and It was nothing short of disappointing. First the place was not crowded at all, only a few tables taken. The service was overwhelmingly slow. I could deal with that, I went in expecting it to take a while (not quote that long but that was OK). However, once the waitress brought my salad and bread I asked for oil. She said sure and then went and cleared a couple of tables, waited on a few tables, brought another table dessert menus and then disappeared. The table next to me commented that they normally dont wait this long in the evening when it was busy they had been there so long. The waitress finally brings out my meal. Still no oil so I reminded her. also at this time my drink was empty because she had never checked or offered to refill it. She left my table and went to weight on another table then disappeared again. about 10 minutes later she brought the oil but no drink. she asked if I wanted another drink I said yes. I was more than 1/2 way through my pasta before she brought me another drink. As she approached the table I took a bite of pasta and had a long hair. I pulled it out of my mouth as she got to the table and told her I just had that in my bite of pasta. She said well no one in the kitchen has long hair (mind you she had long hair). I was not at all rude, just simple told her about it. She brought me the bill to pay. Never offered to replace the pasta. Never discounted the bill. No I cant prove it wasnt my hair but I have never had that before and she doesnt know it wasnt hers. I certainly didnt expect a free meal. I came prepared to pay and I ate my salad and 1/2 the past before the incident. However just a gesture or offer to make it right would have been appreciated. She did not care at all or was completely oblivious.

Used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Springfield. Last time I went to pick up a Togo order they lost my order I waited in the parking lot for over an hour when I got home the food was cold and ended up throwing it away. I was also charged twice and had to go back in to get the double charge removed. Told the manager about my experience and while they did remove the extra charge they weren’t concerned that the food was terrible. So I won’t be returning.

Went out for a pizza tonight. Had the calamari to start and pizza order placed. We ordered and waited over 50 minutes, I commented that I think they either forgot our order or messed it up. When we received our pizza I ask if this was the thin crust and was told no, the thick crust. We never order thick crust pizzas. He offered to make another, however we choose not to have to wait and accepted this one. Flavor was quite good but we only ate 2 peices each. Neither of us enjoyed the crust. They did offer one dessert for the time delay, which was accepted. Hopefully our return trip will be a more pleasant experience. The food even though wrong was good.
