This was my first time at a five guys and the place was nice and clean, the food was SOOOO GOOD!!! I don’t feel bogged down at all after eating here, that’s how you know the food is real quality. I’m definitely coming back here! The staff was friendly too

The burger was good but the fries were not crispy at all and had not much salt either, so overall I did not like them. It came out to be super expensive too. With only 3 burgers, 1 large fries and 2 drinks we spent $47..a little overpriced for the quality of the food.

My wife and I ordered our food and I had to pay twice because Saammara could understand what I was saying. Then they got my wife’s order wrong so we had to wait for another burger just to find out mine was wrong too. DO NOT COME HERE EVER. They cannot understand you and they give you attitude. The team that was working on 9/1/2025 at 8 pm made the best Five Guys experience I have had in a long time. You know how you have an urge for fast food, whether it was an awesome previous experience or you saw a picture that actually looked really good but then afterwards you regret it because the place was disgusting or the workers did a terrible job making the food. This team had the restaurant spotless, food was amazing, service was kind and sincere. Whoever runs or owns this five guys in Hudson needs to take note of this team.

Was getting famished from fighting traffic thru the construction zones on 94, so I thought a 5 Guys burger would fix that. Grabbed some peanuts and ordered a bacon double, small fries n shake. Usual 5 minute wait, the music here was not obnoxiously loud.
At $16 this isn’t typical fast food. The beef was high grade, as was the lettuce, pickles , onion, etc. To get five stars at this price, however, the bun should be higher grade and toasted, use real cheese (cheddar, Colby, provolone etc), the fries should be less greasy (find a way to absorb some of that oil), and the shake should be more like Culvers.

Great service and great food but maybe a better bag next time @corporate? Not a couple minutes of carrying and the bottom fell out losing all those delicious fries and the burger.

The fries had a nice crisp to them and perfectly salted. It was a pleasant surprise. I don’t know if it was just the people working that day or what… But! I’d drive to Hudson for those fries alone.
