So disappointed on my visit. I have been on a 6 hour drive and decided to stop here with my family, as if this day wasn’t already irritating the cashier who helped me was so rude!! His name is Luis D, older man wearing glasses. Was taking my order rudely i kindly told him so many times SPECIFICALLY what I was ordering and he kept repeating his question saying “but you’re not telling me what you need” like i told you 4 times? I was keeping my patience still but he was getting irritated with me and in the end finished the order with poor customer service, gave me my drinks with a rude attitude and walked away. Here’s a tip, if you don’t like your job then quit! No one is forcing you to work at a place you hate and take it out on the customers, we aren’t at fault for your negative attitude and personality. So disappointed!! We told him we were making a complaint and he said he did not care and there was no problem. You are a grown man! Old enough to know how to be nice and be polite!

Stopped here to get some food before heading to theme park. This place has no cashier to take your order. Apparently, they got rid of that position. You have to do your own order on a kiosk. This took some time and was difficult to order your specialty items . My husbands breakfast sandwich cheese wasn’t even melted. The dining area was not that clean, looks like its not maintained very well, at all.. Had to ask to get out tables cleaned before we could sit down to eat( this was breakfast time about 9:30). This was our first time eating at this Jack and the box and our last time.

So I went in an order a quick breakfast to go..Got my food went to the car and opened my sandwich to make sure they made it right..and they did..except..they added a little extra something on it..There was a sticker attached on the cheese…If I didn’t flip the sandwich over, I possibly could have ate it..Luckily that didn’t happen..So I took it back inside and showed the manager. He was in shock, just like I was, he showed to the cook, I couldn’t hear everything that the cook said, but I did hear him say…That he doesn’t know how that happened and he made a lot of if them today. All I could do was laugh.. But the manager was nice..He replaced it and gave me a dessert..That is nice and all..Just wanted to make people aware, check your food, before taking a bite..

I love this Jack in the Box location. Place is always clean. Staff of polite, friendly, and customer service oriented. My recent purchase included the Jack’s Angry Tacos. My son and I always like to try new items so we were up for these tacos and some old favorites too. First let me say, the angry tacos are good. Spicy but not too spicy. And the red color gives a bonus vibe for the “angry.” I would order it again. We got curly fries and almost a million of the 2 tacos for $1.33. lol just kidding but we always bulk on these tacos. We got five orders which is a total of ten. Can’t beat the price!

false advertisement so disappointed that I was going for a value meal picture shows it has lettuce. I got what seems like none. The employee there was super rushing. My son wanted to order more stuff, but she rushed us out of the speaker. It was 4 AM September 28. Whoever is working at that time super rushed. Maybe that’s why my sandwich looks like that

An employee was eating in lobby during break and was burping really loud. The floor was super sticky, our food was lukewarm and they forgot our mozzarella sticks. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

It was wonderful. I went into the restaurant. Ordered my food. It was made quickly. I sat down and bit into my hamburger, it was everything a burger should be. The fries were hot ++. The drink selection was superb. Thank you for serving me with a smile.
