Not impressed as I was looking for something like the picture. This was a salad bar just inside the gas station by the bakery.
I was disappointed that regular iceberg lettuce was used as opposed to something like Spinach. Cucumbers didn’t look good. No tomatoes or avocados – a very odd and eclectic selection. So I divided my bowl and tried to make the best of it. I appreciate having a salad bar right past the gas station. It truly does provide a better option.
