I’m from Brooklyn, so this was a bit of a deep drive but worth it. All the staff were friendly and attentive. was worried about it being cold but they have powerful outside heaters to keep you warm. The food was just okay, enjoyed the drinks more. Would def go again, had a great time

Went in to play a cool 1 hr game, everything was fine. The atmosphere is nice and everything seemed good as other top golf’s are. The problem was with the bill… it’s not about how much the incidence was but more of what was done. The bill came out to be 40.50$ for 1 hour of play. That’s what was written on the check the night of. Come to find out on my bill statement, it went to 43.50$. So the server or whoever it was decided to add a 3$ tip. Mind you, we didn’t order any food so the only time I saw the server was when we came in and when we ended the night. I don’t know if the tip or gratuity was included in playing a game without ordering food but the mysterious 3$ came out of nowhere. I would double check the receipt and the bill at this place, maybe keep the receipt for future references

Hannah was an outstanding server at Topgolf Holtsville and truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, energetic, and incredibly friendly, always checking in at just the right times and making sure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude, quick service, and genuine care for our group really stood out and elevated the whole visit. You can tell she takes pride in what she does—Topgolf is lucky to have someone as passionate and hardworking as Hannah. Would 100% hope to have her as our server again! ⛳️

We visited this location several times and are always satisfied with the service, atmosphere, and food. The children are always excited to visit irrespective of the 1 hour drive there and the return trip. The staff and managers are extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating. We cannot wait to visit again and have been telling our friends about our pleasant experiences.

Every time we go here we make a reservation and for whatever reason they seem to always put reservations on the first floor. We asked to be moved and was told to take the first floor or wait 3 hours. The food took a long time to arrive and by the time we finished eating our golf time was just about up. We had to go to the second floor bar if we wanted dessert. This was the third time we’ve had an experience like that. I don’t think we will be back.

Found out about this place when we were at Tampa location. Had an amazing time. We experienced the same exact time here. Very happy with service, food and golf. A great time all around. Everyone is always super accommodating. Plan ahead because they are always packed for a reason.

I booked an event at TopGolf, and it was genuinely one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. I paid for the unlimited food and drink package, and 30 minutes before our allotted time ended, they abruptly cut us off. My guests and I then tried to pay for additional drinks and open a tab, but we were told we couldn’t sit at the same table anymore. They insisted that the only way we could continue to order food or drinks was to move somewhere else entirely — which made absolutely no sense.
It honestly felt like the staff were making up rules as they went. Everyone was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. What was supposed to be a smooth corporate event turned into an embarrassing mess. I was mortified in front of my customers.
For what they charge, this experience was beyond disappointing — it was a complete waste of money. I would never host an event here again.
