It’s rare when you find a fast food restaurant that packages your food with care these days but this one does. Wonderful staff and even the fries were freshly cooked. Haven’t had Burger King in awhile so we stopped in for a late lunch. Wasn’t terribly busy.

Great job to this team. The only critique I can give is don’t try to guess what the customer is going to order. I went with what he pressed but that messed up the upsale. Food was hot and so delicious fries were hot and crispy and the burger was perfect with every bite. Food was ready super quick and atmosphere is great . Thank y’all for having me tonight. I got really hungry delivering food to people but I have been having fun.

This location needs a huge turnover of employees! I just left from this establishment and I ordered a Shroom & Swiss burger meal, my burger was cold, the buns were not heated all the way, they replaced the mushrooms with onions and there was no Swiss cheese they opted for American cheese instead. There was also no condiments on this burger. The cashier was completely rude and disrespectful. Her name tag said her name was Cynthia. She was rushing us over the intercom mind you this was a Sunday and there was not one other car in the line and when we got to the window she gave us nasty looks as if we inconvenienced her! I then asked for a ranch and she picked up three and only handed me one. This location needs to retrain their employees and train properly on customer service. Horrible food, horrible customer service and overall poor experience. Never again.

Received the wrong type of buns from my uber eats order- tastes absolutely disgusting. Poor management clearly can’t get the correct buns or had to get different buns for a lack of planning. Simple solution to your self inflicted problem would be to take the item off the menu if you don’t have the correct ingredients.

GET OFF THE PHONE!
There is a reason people should not be on their cell phone while working. We asked for this burger with meat, cheese, and bacon only. The lady even asked about mayo, and I said no condiments. And this is covered in ketchup and mayo. The receipt didn’t show no condiments. What is worse is the meat is actually boring on its own. I thought BK was better than that. I’ll go to Wendy’s next time.
Let me say, the lady who took the order was nice. But on her cell the entire time talking about Halloween costumes, passing out candy, and someone helping someone with a job. So the order was not correctly put in, and not executed right.

This one is a great option very well located with ample parking it’s easy to find this store here in Tampa It’s an option in front of McDonald’s. Because if you want a cheaper and excellent quality burger, you will also find it here at Burger King. Parking is large, service is good and the store always has great service.
