Monday, August 4, 2025, Thomas provided excellent service. He was kind and intentionally attentive. He was generous with his time. He checked on me and my husband to be sure our food arrived expeditiously. Then he checked on us to be sure we liked the food. Thomas has a standard of care that makes it evident that excellent customer service is a high priority for him. The food was hot, fresh, delicious and abundant.

I ordered the pick 3 and it comes with drink, soup or salad, and a burger. I got tea, potato soup, and a bacon cheeseburger and loved the taste of everything I ordered! I did get a side of cooked mushrooms, but the fries did it for me!

First visit at this location, and definitely will be coming back. Came here with my family for my sister’s birthday. From coming in the hostess was very friendly, and our server was attentive, and polite. Food was hot , and fresh. Our server asked if we needed refills, and gave us to go cartons for our leftovers. 5 star service, and location!

We went to Chili’s for lunch, and we were not impressed. We ordered a sampler type plate with southwest eggrolls, chicken strips, and fried cheese and we ordered a beef queso dip.
The southwest eggrolls were great! The chicken strips and fried cheese were ok.
The beef queso was awful. It was burnt so bad we couldn’t eat it. It was terrible. (See photo) It was clearly different than pictured in the menu.
The only thing worse than the burned cheese dip was the service.
I asked for some sweetener for my iced tea and after the server made several trips to the table without it, I had to go get it myself. Food items for others in our group were also forgotten. We had to ask for the cheese dip as it was forgotten… it was probably sitting in the kitchen burning!
Forget refills! Also, it took a while to get the ticket.
The staff wasn’t friendly, clearly need customer service training. I do not recommend this location.

Service was good, but the food was not. We ordered the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and both of us felt off afterward my girlfriend became very sick within hours. The appetizer didn’t taste right and felt overly greasy. Unfortunately, the food quality that night really overshadowed the otherwise good service.

I went for lunch and $10 deal was really good and filling. The chicken quesadillas were great, as well as the chicken soup. The waitress was pretty nice. Forgot my lemons and I didn’t care for the salsa, but that’s all. But for the most part, everything else was very good. Food, service, and price.

Hands down the best Chili’s Ive been to. Our server had so much energy and excitement to be at work. However, when we we served our did we had no forks. My fiance had to get up and get she as well as napkins. Other than that we would go back.

Was excited to dine in last night, super busy as expected (it was a Friday night). About a 30 minute wait give or take. Loved the new look and menu options, service was okay. Ordered two appetizers and an entree, my only complaint is that our appetizer was almost raw for being a slider. Other than that it was decent.

Ray wasn’t my server, I believe he was the host, but he was AMAZING!! He told me about the specials and walked me through the menu when seating me at my table. My actual server barely checked on me and the guest in our area, but he was checking on us. I appreciate that a lot. The food was amazing. I had no idea about the smokehouse combo. It’s delicious and affordable. Of course I order the trusty Cajun pasta which was perfect as well. I’m in love with the Presidente margarita. Never miss.
*Edit: Ray is the manager. Great service and made sure the entire restaurant kept flowing with the night rush. I’ll be back for sure!
