Restaurant wasn’t that busy. Our server was new to the restaurant (maybe to even being a server in general). He was a very nice man but not on the ball. Took 30 min to get drinks. Our food took forever and sat under the hot plate a long time. It was not good except for the chicken tenders. Would never go back unfortunately. Fish tank is awesome though.

We went to cheddar on Friday the 13th at 5pm. Ordered the beef tips only to be told they were sold out. We ordered the queso bacon cheese fries as an appetizer, it definitely didn’t look like the picture looked like a kid put it together with very little bacon. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and there was very little buffalo sauce on it. Wife ordered salmon and shrimp, the shrimp was under cooked and the salmon was full of bones. Our waitress was mediocre and kept disappearing, never refilled our drinks, we had to ask a different waitress for refills and a box. All in all we were very disappointed in the food and service. Our server was a character, and he kept us laughing! Service was great, and we felt taken care of. I have never been to a Cheddar’s, so this visit will be hard to beat.
Had a group of 6, and they were hungry. All the food came out hot and fresh. We asked for more condiments and they were quickly delivered. The portions were awesome and everyone had leftovers except me…LOL!
This was a highlight meal of our visit to town for a church conference!

This place usually is our go to but not anymore. We got here at 11:40 and sat immediately. Ordered our food around 11:50 did not get our food till about 12:20-12:25. Three tables surrounding us who came in after us received their food as we still waited for ours. By the time we got our food my husband’s food, grandpas food, my food, my kids food (2) was cold and nasty. My grandmother’s food by surprise was warm but wrong. Had they not been hungry they wouldn’t have even touched it. I ate a couple pieces of mine and I was done. This was by far the worst experience here. The cheddar bites alone were disappointing it looked like a kid sized plate versus what we typically received and that tasted like it was cooked forgotten and dipped again to reheat. The only thing that was good was the salad which comes cold anyway. Waiting almost an hour after ordering food to get it… is insane… even more insane that it wasn’t fresh and was cold. As pictured this is the lovely serving of cheddar bites we received for $8+.

Thus place has a great esthetic. Foods not bad and service is usually spot on. Gave a 4 star of food bc I find myself thinking most times this food is good but kinda bland. If you like alcoholic beverages their Moscow mule isnt as good as bonefish grills but it gets the job done. Other than that the painkiller mixed drink is actually pretty good.

The pain Killer drink is awesome,
our server was super sweet.
The only thing was when I ordered my drink the server was busy and it sat like 10 mins at the bar, we sat at a bar table so I could see it, I would think since the bartender wasn’t busy she could have brought the drinks over since the server who had several other tables and was getting their food,refills, ect….

The Uber driver was awesome which is why I gave them 3 stars. Both steaks were ordered medium rare and delivered medium well, no Cajun sauce at all for the onion rings and I paid extra for extra sauce, the 3 loaded baked potatoes were delivered as 3 whole plain potatoes, the queso fries were plain unsalted French fries, no dip for the Wisconsin cheese bites, and only 2 tablespoons of honey mustard for the chicken strip appetizers. They also stole half the drivers tip and gave it to their employee who was supposed to make sure our order was right before the uber driver got there. When I called the restaurant to find out what happened at first they seemed to want to blame the driver which was ludicrous and then they told me I needed to talk to a manager and that their manager was in a meeting so I couldnt talk to them but she assured me they would call me back as soon as the meeting was over. Still no call back from anyone at Cheddars. This is our first and last time ever eating at Cheddars. It would have been way more enjoyable setting a $100 bill on fire and watching it burn rather than paying them to not give us what we ordered.
