So, tell me how this place serves food faster than any place in town. The food has been decent everytime I’ve gone since I was a kid to thos location its being 20 years later. It’s clean inviting and the staff is always super professional. 10/10 5/5

Always good staff, food, and services. Come only on Tuesdays to take advantage of buy one adult entree get two kids meal free. My child loves the crafting table only set out on Tuesdays, too.

I ordered Chicken Alfredo with breaded chicken bits added. I also ordered bread sticks, and the cheesecake. The Chicken Alfredo was not good. The grilled chicken was as dry as a bone, and the breaded chicken tasted like it had sat open in a freezer. The cheesecake tasted like it had been in the showcase a little too long. The only thing that was good was the large Dr. Pepper. I will not recommend this place based on my experience.

My first time eating at Fazoli’s and it was wonderful. Me and my daughter got a sub and a fettuccine which tasted great and this girl up front in a Santa hat was so sweet and very festive. 10/10 would recommend

We’ve been to this location a few times, and every time we really enjoy our meal! The workers are always very friendly and helpful. Our food is ready quickly and served to us hot and with big portions! The breadsticks have amazing flavor and our food is always tasty and looks amazing! My husband’s favorite part of the meal is the cold bowl of salad. He really appreciates the detail of you keeping the bowls cold!
We will definitely be back again!
I really wish that clarksville would add another location up on Fort Campbell Blvd. We’d eat there more often if there was one! Thank you for the fantastic service, food and extremely clean restaurant! We appreciate all your hard work and efforts!

Highly would NOT recommend their catering as we have had twice that our orders weren’t proceeded through and they don’t notify you until the day of your order. They then expect you to replace it and paid again while they have that first order hold on your card. They know about the catering online issue so I’m not sure why they haven’t fixed it or disabled it until it’s fixed. We will no longer be putting in catering orders with restaurant.

Ended up getting the Italian sub meal with a slice of pizza the pizza I really like the crust we had a nice crispiness about it that did not seem overcooked and the Italian sub in my opinion was phenomenal the flavor and ingredients was a nice balance were delicious definitely if you’ve never tried it get it I myself got home and added extra mayo that’s just my personal preference

This location flat out will not include utensils or napkins when you order from them on Uber Eats. This is frustrating because when I order from them I’m staying at a motel and I’m ordering in because I really don’t feel like going out. But, I suppose unless I want to eat this lasagna and salad with my fingers I’m gonna have to get dressed and go to the front desk to get a freaking plastic fork that Fazolis could have easily just thrown into the bag. Not too much to ask considering what I paid. This is an ongoing problem with this location.

I came here for the first time a few months ago and as I was paying, I was informed by the associate that I could leave a tip. I asked why does it ask for a top in an hourly paid restaurant. The young girl said “umm, because Im only paid $10 per hour.”
She was very snobby about it and then proceeded to give me horrible service afterwards simply because I didn’t tip. You are an hourly employee, all you’re doing is taking my order. Why should you get tipped for doing your job? Tips are for people who go above and beyond, not for those simply doing what they are already getting paid to do.
Fast forward a few months and I come in for lunch. I noticed a severely disabled man who was wheelchair bound having trouble opening the doors. This young girl is working again. She felt disgusted to have to walk around the counter to hand him his bag of food and even asked where his caretaker was. She refused to assist him in opening the doors for him to leave and so I proceeded to do so. I’ll be honest, it was a struggle because there is barely any room on the sidewalk for him to rotate his electric wheelchair without falling over the curb. I brought this to the store managers attention and she acted as though she didn’t care. Claiming she isn’t the one who built the building 20 years ago. So I got on the phone with building codes and she called someone else whom I assume is her boss because I could hear her explaining to them my concern about the ADA accessibility. While on the phone with codes, she came up to me and gave me my money back and told me to leave.
She basically retaliated against me for bringing up a legit concern about their stores ADA accessibility. Will never eat here again and I have posted the video to YouTube.

I tried to order at 9:15pm (pregnant and craving specifically their breadsticks) it said my order could not be prepared before closing at 10pm. Why does it take 45+ minutes to make one pasta dish and 6 breadsticks?
