Do I really have to inform Wendy’s in 2025 that they shouldn’t let their employees smoke cigarettes at the only entrance to the building. I would have said something, but I had two eight year girls who wanted Wendy’s and I didn’t want to cause a scene in front of them. They both complained of smelling his second hand smoke as we walked inside to order. Never again this location.

Especially when you are Open for 4 more hours.
It’s not like specialty items either. No regular chicken nuggets? No cheese fries? No potatoes? And no frosty like at all?!
Please do inventory more often and make sure you have what y’all need. That’s pathetic.

I came to the drive through, they were not busy and we waited for 15 minutes for our food.. pick up your pace it’s Wendy’s not a 5 star restaurant. Was told to pull up to wait for our food. When he came out to give it to us, he pretty much threw it in the car window and ran inside so the door wouldn’t lock behind him.

We stopped in for a sweet treat, and we got the new “Frosty Fusion”, it was similar to Dairy Queens Blizzard. Da’wife got the “caramel crunch,” and I had the “cookie brownie blitz”, they were yummy, hit the spot, AND were very reasonably priced at less than $7.00 for two!!

Took the front server about 5 min to acknowledge us. He was busy filling out mobile orders, understandable. Heard the girl in th back say “damn why are there so many people”. That was our greeting. He continued the mobile orders. He could of at least acknowledge us and be courteous and let us know he would be attending us. We were served our food. Had to send my burger back. It was cold and literally had half a slice of cheese. My nuggets were cold. My husband ordered a large fry which was less than half. Just a bad experience.

constantly short staffed and have to close dining room. they leave in store pick up on the app so now i have to wait in drive thru for 20 minutes to pick up my online order that’s been sitting there getting cold. the owners are rich. hire more staff

don’t say it don’t don’t whoever owns this Wendy’s needs to pay their workers more and add some more workers on their shift, these wait times are unacceptable and frankly the amount of stress you probably put on your workers is despicable. Get it together

Place is always slow. Workers always look mad like you are bothering them. Last time I was there took 20 min to get my food and the cashier was doing nothing but hitting on the Togo person, talking inappropriate.
