We got a to-go order in the night before the Blizzard of 26, after every other nearby restaurant had already closed, so this is probably not the greatest representation of their typical service.
They were getting slammed by to-go orders, but even with that it took much longer than expected to get our food. Everyone was friendly, though, and, most importantly, the food was GREAT except for one thing — neither of our Caesar salads came with dressing. Bone dry. But the chicken on them was excellent so we at least were able to somewhat enjoy our Caesar salads. I also got a chicken parm sandwich which was so good!
I would definitely return and get both of those dishes again, but I’d make sure that I got some dressing.

Waited at hostess stand but Noone came to seat us so we sat at a table in the bar. Restaurant was not busy. Bartender and staff were socializing while we waited to be served. After finally getting served the beer was warm. When the food came it was cold and greasy. We’ve been to other bww locations the have been better but this 1 seemed to lack management. Won’t be back

My first time ordering from this place. I drove from fall river there just because my son wanted some bundle he saw on a youtube ad so i ordered for him when i went inside the girls at the counter were very nice so i just grabb the bag and left once i get home i give it to my son and tells my why did i leave half eatean wings in the box and said i almost ate all of them im like hell no i dont want none and he shows me the boxes im soooo mad because i didnt check myself before leaving that area. I dont want anything free or any refund you can keep the money but i learned my lesson never ordering anything from this place

Went for dinner on a Friday night & they said it would be over an hour and half before they would have food. This is the worst place to watch your games as they fight you over putting Red Sox games on the audio. Worst place. Stay away until corporate replaces the staff.

This is definitely the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been too (and I go to a good amount for Sunday football when we travel). The food was good (nothing beyond special) but the service was even better. Karalee was our waitress and she really took care of us, any time our water or soda got low she was already coming by with a refill. It was really busy and she was still coming around all the time. The staff also did a really great job on a Sunday afternoon making sure the TVs were on games people were interested in. The bathrooms were also very clean, something I can’t say for other Buffalo Wild Wings we’ve been too. Overall loved it and loved Karalee

We ordered on line and did pickup. Food was ready like it said at the time they said it will be amazing. I love all the tv’s in there for the sports. We sat in there 1 time service was quick. From what I was told food is amazing as well

I was extremely disappointed when I ordered delivery from this location and the boneless wings we received were incredibly small, hard, and barely constituted as popcorn chicken size, let alone boneless wings. I paid $12 for this? Incredibly disappointed and ripped off. Will not be ordering from here again.

I thought I would give this wild wing a second try after my last experience. BIG mistake first off it was at the least busiest time of the day we still had to wait 10minutes before someone came up to the counter to have us seated. Waitress walked by didn’t even notice we were there. Finally we were seated I asked for the chicken sandwich……. Saddest thing I’ve ever seen in my life it was very dry and the bbq was as if it sat all day on the chicken I wish I took a picture because it was bad. Waitress was nice but food absolutely a waste. Needless to say I will never go there again.
