Went for a work outing but it was a blast! I haven’t played golf since I was a kid so it was so much fun playing the games on screen, and having a little competition. There’s also a little mini golf section at the side of the building that was a great price and you had an unlimited time to be there! Will definitely be going back!

We had such a fun time with the family! Food was delicious, different games such as Angry birds, Sonic, and Fantastic Four were so fun, and our server was amazing! Also Monday-Thursday is half price, definitely give it a try!

This experience was the worst I’ve had in a while. There was already a 45 mins wait time to even get a booth with a reservation. Then once we got the booth, we had to wait 30 mins to get service MEANWHILE our timer is still going. We get the food another 30-40 mins later, so now our timer is basically over. and they try to close the place 30 mins early. The waiter forgot most of our drink order and then told us the bar was closed so we couldn’t get our drinks anymore. We ordered fries gave us the fries and charged us for fries with jelopenos??
I’ve been here so many times and never have we received this bad service. For the price paid and time waisted. We drove almost an hour there and to receive this? Plus, we were told the service is bad because they only have 1 kitchen running. If low staff = worse service, then prices should be adjusted. We were served with excuses instead of resolutions.

Lack of service from our waitress. Ball machine malfunctioned twice during our time. Ordered the platter & wings but by the time we received them, the nachos cheese had a film and all the food was cold. The manager on duty tried his best however, for a first time experience celebrating me and my bros bday month, I do not recommend. We had to look for assistance, constantly. Way too expensive for the value of customer service received.

Ella very sweet and helpful. Management present and very helpful as well checking on tables even on a quieter day. We had a blast with our party of 3! The sampler was fun to nibble on, only thing we would do different is request a couch for our 6 year old to access food and drink easier. Staff super helpful grabbing junior clubs for is, so accommodating!

I hosted a group of 25 ppl this past Sunday and we had an amazing time! The way we were serviced and accommodated was top tier. The manager on duty Kai was absolutely amazing. Her spirit was so warm and beautiful. Definitely made our event personalized and memorable. The waiter was extremely attentive and helpful. I hate that I forgot his name, but we were there from 5-8 so please let that young man know he did a great job with our party. We will certainly use this venue again!
The appetizers that were included were also good. Everyone seemed to love the buffalo dip and pita bread. The drinks were delicious and the attention to detail for our party was incredible.

My brothers and myself came out for our birthday. For two of us, it was the first time we’ve ever been here. It took us over an hour to receive service and we had a reservation for 3pm. We finally found a manager to get our order started and after we ordered it, it took almost another hour to get our food. The food was good can’t complain about it at all. During our play the game got jacked because the golf balls got jammed up on the different occasions. The manager did however comp us a game and some drinks. But it was not the best overall experience for my brother and me for our first time coming out here. We did have fun even with the setbacks.

Best place about Topgolf is their service. The training is spectacular. I have never had bad service at a topgolf. Attentive. Fast. Professional. Be careful if you go in the fall or winter… The heaters are not a good source of warmth. Dress warmly. But everything about Topgolf is top-notch.

I’m bumping up my review from 2023 from a 1 to a 3 after our most recent visit.
Pros:
• Big improvement with customer service. We had an issue with our bay time and management helped us no questions asked. Wait staff were also friendly.
• New games are GREAT! Block Party was our favorite, and games adapt to each user’s skill/distance level.
Cons:
• The food was the low point. The cookie skillet was a mushy mess, and the chicken sliders were AWFUL. The chicken was so charred that it looked like a piece of charcoal between 2 buns. Also, it wasn’t even a chicken patty, it was a tiny boneless wing sized piece – 70% bun 30% burnt chicken. Not worth $14 in the slightest. This was the same issue we had last time. My past review included: “The food was a 2/5. I got the chicken sandwich and it was 80% burnt fried breading and 20% super dry chicken – way overcooked.” Lesson learned don’t order the chicken here. Please adjust the prices to match the food quality and portions!
So basically the gameplay was great, but the food left a bad taste in our mouth (literally). We’ll probably be back, but eat somewhere else beforehand.

I took my son here for his birthday. It was a short wait. The staff was amazing and so welcoming. Our server was very attentive and checked on us several times. We love coming here and can’t wait to come back.
