This was my first time at this location but it won’t be my last. I placed a mobile order to pickup before work. They were super pleasant! I was able to see the barista on video at the pickup window and I thought that was so cool! they even wrote a cute little message on my cup. It was a great experience and I wish I knew the girls name but I don’t. I’ll try to get it next time and update the review. Stop by and see them, it’s worth it.

I recently visited Starbucks and tried the following drinks:
– Strawberry Cream Frappuccino
– Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher
– Caramel Macchiato
– Hot Americano
The drinks were not bad at all; they tasted pretty good overall. However, I was disappointed to find that many of the drinks I originally wanted to order were out of stock, so I had to choose alternatives instead, which was a bit inconvenient.
Additionally, I specifically asked for less ice in my drink, but they ended up filling it with so much ice that it felt excessive. On top of that, the cleanliness of the restroom was quite poor, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
While the drinks were decent, the inventory management, attention to customer requests, and hygiene standards need significant improvement.

I go to this particular Starbucks every day and always have great experiences. This particular day the staff went above and beyond to make me fill special and loved. I got my regular iced coffee but with a very special not attached. It absolutely made my day. Thank you Starbucks for always doing a great job!

Always have to wait extremely long in drive through even if there are only a couple cars. The drinks never taste the same or as good as they do in Newnan. We buy 2 of the same drinks and they dont look or taste the same. Staff is nice.

Fantastic service for such a busy location. Drive thru was insane so we opted to go in. Got the last parking spot but somehow the wait wasn’t long. Pleasant, calm, knowledgeable, and no nonsense staff made all the difference. Even surprised us with a free water for our daughter who couldn’t make up her mind! I ordered a caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it tasted like nothing but ice I asked for extra caramel line the cup with caramel, I could not taste any caramel. I go here every day, and this was one of the worst experiences very disappointed.

Yesterday had a cappuccino in Auburn. Alabama—amazing! Last weekend one in Tuscaloosa Alabama—amazing! Ordered one at this Lagrange Starbucks & it was awful….i turned around and went back in & showed them—-asked for a do-over & got the same thing as before but scalding hot…..only redeeming thing about this is someone did ask to help me when I walked in…..my friends coffee which was just plain drip with cream was handed to me like someone already drank out of it….do yourself a favor —-try your drink before exiting the drive thru or leaving the building…..I think they just zapped my old drink in the microwave because I burned my tongue on it——milk was beyond scalded and like water………
