Cheyanne is the most valuable employee and deserves a raise, and I just met her this evening. There was a major glitch app issue on my husbands phone, it was my daughter’s birthday, (you know what I’m talking about Cheyanne, toot toot!!) and she made sure we had everything we needed in the most efficient timeframe. I am the most grateful for her. Thank you for making a little girls 8th birthday the best!!!

I have never been to a worse McDonald’s in my entire life. I ordered from the kisok which gave me no receipt, the employee Amber, so she says is her name, told me that she did not receive my order in the kitchen and refused to give me the food. So when i called my bank to verify the purchase to see if it went through, which it did go through and the bank was on the phone trying to tell her it went through and was paid for, she shrugged it off was extremely rude to me and said these exact words” I don’t got to give u nothing that’s on u” and was treating me like i was a flee for free food. So my husband got upset and was yelling back at her why are u treating her that way just listen to the bank, on the phone, she paid for it. Then the guy from the back kitchen came running out gotin his face and pushed me out of the way when i tried to stand in front of him to block him for trying to attack my husband. then the manger and the girl with dark hair came over screaming at me get “out get out get out.” It was like literally something out of a horror movie. Then during the whole confrontation I was shaking and dropped my wallet with all my information, which was never recovered. Everything is recorded on police report.just because of horrible people who take advantage of their jobs and love to upset people. I just pray that corporate takes action against Amber who started this whole situation and this never happens to anyone else in life. i understand that kiosk problems happen often however when i was trying to explain that i paid and to prove it she just didnt care. Customers should NEVER be treated this way. Sadly she will find a way to get around it I will be made to be a liar. Which she will contine treating customers like crap

Thank you owner for responding promptly to my google review as gary smith (husband) i just would like to say the video the manager showed my daughters friend was after I came back into the store with my husband . that originally when Ifirst entered the store the employee told me that very rudely she wasn’t going to give me my food. They are showing the video after i came back so I look like the disrespectful customer when she was rude to me and resfused to listen to my proof of payment from the beginning So when I left the store my husband who was waiting in the car said no she cannot do that were going back in and getting ur food. That ive never in my life been treated this way by any resturant So the video of my husband and I yelling at her showing her the phone with the bank on speaker phone putting it up to her is after she treated me like crap and had me so upset I couldn’t think straight. Im not going to let someone disrespect me that way. I said mam I did pay for the food my bank is on the phone I knew she would try to find a way around the truth. This situation could have really gotten serious bc of the way she treated me.

I am on vacation from NYC looking at law schools in Philly and I just found this amazing MCDONALD’S in Media, PA. All because of this particular location, I cannot wait 2 buy a house here because of all the staff that are diligent, positive vibes, and greets me with a smile every time I am back in Media. I literally will buy the house on a whim and this amazing location needs 2 b the flagship store in Philadelphia.

420 McDonald’s have not messed up not one of our many orders there. They are very nice friendly and fast. Every employee that I’ve had encountered with has always been polite. And I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes if that. Very quick and easy service.

the white lady with her fake lashes on and long sleeve red shirt who works there hit a nicotine device in her sleeve and her coworker tried to hide it aswell, the lady looks 17-20 and the other was a black lady who was around the same age. will not be coming here again this was around 3:30-3:50 so check the camera near the kiosk.

Ordered a $5 McChicken meal. Got a $5 quarterpounder meal with a watered down soda. Last time I didn’t get any sauce. It seems they can never get an order right at this location! Review #2, just look at the large fries I got thru the drive thru. And no I didn’t eat any. I guess they thought I wouldn’t notice with the picture of the fries on the box
