It was disappointing enough that we ordered this QPC DELUXE that didn’t have any DELUXE.. but my daughter should not have needed to come home and actually COOK the meat in the air fryer since there’s no option for a RARE BURGER with the blood still coming out!

Best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to hands down. My food looked good with the right portions, staff was so nice, fries were fresh, like hands down so amazing.

I just left this location and it was tragic, like most times i go there!! I went through the drive thru and ordered a filet of fish meal and asked for the fries to be hot (made to order) and a 6 piece nugget. She responded “pull around to the first window! When I got to the first window, no one was there. There were two individuals standing right outside the little drive thru station talking. So i assumed that she meant pay at the second window. I sat there at that window through an entire song. then as the person in front of me pulled up, I moved up! When I finally got to the first window the young man said you didn’t pay! I responded that there was no one tending the first window. He was upset and then I had to wait while they figured it out. Then my food was cold cold it was not made to order and I only had a 4 piece nugget! Now one of the people standing outside that office was a manager. They are pathetic and it seems that place is cursed. You keep going there and its like just pouring money in the trash! Do better or find another business to get into like be the mouse at chuck E cheese, start there!

I first went through the comments to make sure this place, the staff, and management were as bad as I’ve experienced it. I have been right on the money. It has gone through 3 GM and it’s still bad, the service, the attitudes, and management are all a joke, there just holding space until the next person. They are severely disrespectful and if respond in kind now your the problem. They need to close this and hire ALL NEW STAFF! They are pitiful. Just got DoorDash that was very prompt, filet o fish it was very cold, barely any Tatar sauce . Cheese was more in the box than the on the bun. It is now 12:16, how long has it been lunchtime? Yuck

Very hostile. The short black lady Sabrina has her daughter on the floor behind the counter when she was fired for the assault of another co-worker. She has verbal threatened me as a customer. And tried to intimidate me. I would like this to be dealt with and her reprimand or I’ll be going to oakwood police station and corporate. Thank you.

The burgers were very over cooked and old. I feel like they gave me the worst ones because I am white. The cashier didn’t say hello, onky told me the total and handed me the food shutting the window immediately after. This place needs better management. It’s pathetic.

Was out in the area working 6/22 with my bf and stopped for a quick bite. When we pulled up, almost all of the drive thru reserve lanes were full. Ordered 4 mcdoubles and a small fry.
Cashier dropped my change and laughed as I struggled to pick it up in the drive thru window. We waited a few minutes in the reserve lane, and pulled off to a different parking spot to eat after we got our order.
I got to my second sandwich, and after a couple bites, I look down and find a hair that did not belong to myself or my bf. He took it back in to tell them. They refused to offer another one, gave him 2 apple pies. As he was walking out, he overheard them accuse us of lying.
0/10. Rude staff, lack of customer service. Will not return.
