Today, I went to the Little Caesars at 7944 Raeford Road, Fayetteville, NC. I had received in the mail last week, a flyer that had a Frequent Buyer Card stating ‘buy 10 Hot and Ready pizzas, Get one Free. The frequent buyer card also showed that being a part of the frequent buyer program, allowed you to purchase a large cheese or pepperoni pizza for $5. When I presented this to the staff person at the drive thru window, she had no clue about the program. She showed my frequent buyer card to the manager, came back to the window and proceeded to tell me I must buy 10 pizza’s to get a free one. I told her I acknowledged that, and I wanted to get a large cheese pizza for the $5. She said that was not possible. I asked to speak to the manager, as I gave her the complete flyer to show the deal I was to receive. She was aggravated at this point. She took the flyer and threw it up on her counter. It fell on the floor and she did not bother to pick it up as she went to get the manager. The manager arrived at the window, aggravated as well, and proceeds to tell me that I had an old flyer and that pizzas were not $5. I told her the $5 was because it was part of the frequent buyer program. I asked her to look at the flyer I had given to the staff member, which was now laying on their floor. She got the flyer off the floor and again proceeded to tell me it was an old price and she would not honor it. I received this flyer in the mail less than five days ago! How could it be an old flyer! It stated that the $5 pizza offer was valid for 90 days. I left feeling upset that both employees were rude and could care less about customer service. I have attached photos of the mailer I had received in the mail. I blacked out my address on the mailer for this review.

I placed a delivery order for multiple pizzas and one of them was missing. When I called to report the issue, I was told my name would be noted and that I could stop by at any time to pick up the missing pizza.
During a later in‑person visit, I explained the situation to the clerk Nayelis, including the date, time, and details of my previous call. I also showed my receipt as proof. Despite this, the clerk insisted she had no record of the issue and refused to honor what I had been told.
The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve a clear mistake reflects poor customer service and unprofessional behavior.

Ordered the stuff crust extra most best pizza and waited an hour went inside to see about the pizza and they made the wrong one. We would have had to wait for them to remake it because it was wrong. Which was crazy because we told the person at the window twice what we wanted exactly.

I’ve never been disappointed. Better than most expensive pizza, imo!
Items are always fresh. We live a little over a mile from them and it’s always our quick go to especially on game day!!! Wings are pretty good too!!

So last night I came in and it was my first time buying a pizza from this little Caesar’s and to my disappointment, I found a literal TOOTH on my breadstick. I am never coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend yall coming back here either please. Yall be careful of what yall are eating.

I ordered a supreme pizza through instacart and in the notes I put “NO MUSHROOMS” but when my order arrived there were mushrooms so I called and spoke to the manager and she tells me that they can’t see the notes in the computer that I would have to order a custom pizza instead.SMH and I’m thinking in my head what! Why even have a computer lol What a joke

Hands down worst little Caesars in Fayetteville. Staff is extremely slow. Always a long wait time. Also they gave my pizza away to another car so I had to wait a additional 30 minutes.

Placed an order over the phone at 1100 to be ready at 1245. 30 minutes later and still no order. Since off the rudest employees I’ve ever seen at a business. This was my first and last time ever using a Little Caesars. The manager Keith needs to be fired.

Only sat in the drive thru about 5 minutes before I realized a worker was deliberately ignoring me. I knew because another coworker pointed at me, acknowledging me, and the one standing there remained to smile and stare at me. I made eye contact with her several times and she still stood there. Doesn’t take me long to realize that I don’t wanna spend my money here.

Nothing wrong with this store. Pie wasn’t bad, wait time was reasonable, and the staff was friendly enough. Nothing stands out to me that was negative, but then again nothing sets this location apart as being anything special either.
