I hadn’t eaten at Taco Bell in years and stopped by this location for lunch because it was convenient. The employees were kind and professional, and the lobby appeared mostly clean, which I appreciated.
However, I was very disappointed with the quesadilla I received. It was only two pieces — essentially half a quesadilla — which was surprising since they used to be four pieces. For nearly $6, that felt like very poor value.
I didn’t have time to ask about it since I was on my lunch break, but I left feeling disappointed. I hope Taco Bell reconsiders portion sizes, especially given the price point.

Came through the drive thru for a pick up order, when i pulled up i could hear the employees talking about the order amount. (For 6 people btw) and one of them said ” no wonder they are so fat” the oher staff started laughing and she said i knew you would say that. Very unacceptable behavior, and pretty stupid to assume. Young dumb kids are raised to be idoits it seems. I think they should be fired, and I will be making a complaint to the owner of this taco bell.

Went today very late for the lobby, had to pay in cash was greeted kindly and patiently, given our drink cups promptly, waited only a few minutes, which I considered reasonable due to the hour and the fact that they obviously had some stuff they were working on, when our food came out they apologized for the wait, which was a nice surprise because i wasn’t impatient or anything, had to ask for mild sauce but was kindly approached, and offered as many as i needed, we walked to the car to eat, so they would be able to finish the work they needed without holding them up, food was hot!!! Seasoned well, not soggy, plenty of cheese but the best part was the loaded beef nachos i ordered! Absolutely loaded, always nice to see that!! I have enjoyed coming here since moving from out of state, and will be back!!

Idk. I think it’s a staff problem. Wrong items, dry food as if left out, and your assembly line is weak- proportions are way off. Another one in the dust. Sadness for real. I haven’t had McDon…i don’t even know how long & now I gotta add Taco Bell to that list.

Went for lunch at 11:40am on 11/13/2025. Stood at the counter for four minutes and was never greeted. However, I was treated to seven (yes, I counted them) F-bombs by a young man wearing a headset in the kitchen. He seemed more interested in entertaining his co-workers than actually working.
I’ve watched the decline in customer service at this location over the last few years.
I walked out without ordering.

Everything I ordered was about 1/4 the way full. I know burritos are wrapped in tortillas, but I swear they wrapped another tortilla inside just to skimp on the filling. Tomatoes tasted gross and most of my things had no sauce. Best thing they can do is chips and cheese.

I want to preface this by saying my gf and I are huge TB fans. We have eaten more times than I want to admit at the one on Broadway in Missoula for years and is amazing. Never have I gotten sick (despite what people always joke about).
Of the 3 times we’ve come here there twice there were items missing which is one thing I get it, no big deal. But this last time we went we there was another item missing, the cheese was missing on the cantina qasedia, and for the first time ever we both got sick from TB.
We both were woken up with quite violent GI problems and quite painful stomach cramps. TB was the only thing which we had both eaten in several days.
Will never return, and very sad about it :.(
