Food is pretty mid at best, but them smash burgers are pretty good !!!! Went here for my bday shake !!! Service was great at this location and fast had to drive 16 miles 30+ minutes from The one near my house to this location because the one near my house turned off online ordering which means no savings no bday shake like really so I appreciate this location and I had to make the hike.

Service is routinely slow and ordering from the app has been down for weeks. I called a couple weeks ago to confirm and was told they are “trying to fix it”. There doesn’t seem to be any urgency, which seems to be the theme all around there. Food is fine. It’s what you expect from a Sonic so no complaints there.

BEWARE….They are always out of ice cream and if you order on the app, good luck with getting your money back. I will never do that again. What a scam!!!!! Even their employees don’t know how the app works with refunds.

An amazing sonic, they have such a large menu that there is something for everyone. The workers are very nice the only thing I will say that could be improved upon is the wait time. It is not crazy but did take about 20 minutes to place our order using an outside kiosk.

Would have loved to eat here today, but they were out of everything i ordered! Whoever is in charge of ordering should evaluate how to do so. Employee was unhelpful when I was attempting to switch my order around to accommodate them being out of everything. Went to chic-fil-a, where they aren’t ever out of chicken!

I went there and got two chocolate milkshakes and not only did they not have the right lids they also weren’t mixed at all I had to go home and mix them and after they were mixed there was chocolate syrup at the bottom still the milkshakes didn’t taste ok till I poured them into a cup and put some milk into them.

10/26/2025: Nothing good last forever. Ive visited this place 4 times in the last 2 to 3 months, driving 45 minutes for a blast.. each time I’ve visited the machine was broken..How long does it takes to get a machine fixed? My time is valuable, and my car’s dont run on air. Sonic, get it together.
Ok, remember we listen and not judge. I’ve only started visiting Sonic about maybe 1 year ago. I know, I know, and I know. My cousin gave me a gift card for my bday. I told here ” I don’t go to that place.” I know, ungrateful. Omg! I went the first time, and now Im hooked. Once again, I know. Everything I’ve tried thus far was omg, was amazingly good. Food 10/10, service 10/10 and atmosphere aka vibes 10/10.

I don’t know whether this Sonic deserves a 3.5 out of 5 or a 4 out of 5. I love the food- the menu is huge and everything is cheap, especially because there is literally always some kind of deal going on. I come here all the time with my friends even though it’s out of the way for me because it’s so much fun. But the service here is terrible. Never drive away from the drive-through without checking everything in your bag. 9/10 times they will mess up at least one thing in your order. They forget the condiments, or forget the straws, or give you a “medium” instead of a “mini” milkshake, or forget to put the syrup in your fountain drink so that you just have fizzy water. If you pull in to a spot be prepared to wait a while for them to answer after you press the button. On this visit I tried the new pretzel twist with cheese sauce- no pic b/c I ate it too fast. It is better than Auntie Anne’s- its super buttery with not too much salt. I love it. I’m craving it now. But the cheese sauce is not cheese- it tastes like a cheese-flavored mayonnaise- but I don’t mind it (I love mayonnaise). We also got the boneless wings, which are literally the same thing as popcorn chicken but just covered in sauce, b/c on Thursday nights they are buy one get one. Those are a fave too. Sometimes you even get a bonus wing (7 instead of 6!) I come here all the time especially in the summer, but I always come prepared to wait and to have to fix my order.

Horrible. Daughter ordered fries and got tots, son ordered cheese fries and no cheese, we ordered a wrap with no tomato and it had tomatoes on it. The shakes were horrible and the lid wasn’t on mine correctly and the lid came off and dumped all over the inside of the car. I requested 5 sauces and only got 4. Payment wouldn’t take the gift card we had. Check in on the app kept saying that the stall number was invalid. We tried to call 5 times and no answer. Finally saw an employee who after 15 minutes after our order was placed said the food should be ready to just go through the drive thru. We went through the drive thru just to wait another 15 minutes at the window and nothing done right. Horrible, horrible experience. Then the kids were upset because their food was wrong and the adults were too exhausted over the whole situation to even try to get it fixed. Just don’t. Save yourself the headache!!!!
