Beyond disgusting. Haven’t been back in years due to always getting raw burgers. I thought after all these years they’d have fixed this issue. Told the manager but they refused to do a refund.
There are much better places to eat in this county. The sooner we stop giving our money to these kinds of places, the sooner they can leave and someone better take their place.

Every single time I’ve given this place a chance they completely screw up my order, the fries are ALWAYS cold and stale and for the prices the food honestly really sucks. I hate sounding like such a butthead but honestly for how much money McDonald’s is now, the staff and their ability to make the food edible is questionable as is their general competence when it comes to taking orders and giving them back properly let alone fresh.

Manager was rude and impatient when taking my order. He rushed me, and didn’t tell me my total he told me to pull up to the next window in a rude tone. Also noted that he had a huge hickey on his neck. It made the place seem dirty and tackless. Do better.

Place is disgusting . Over 6 employees maybe 2 were doing something. Drive through backed up , manager is stuck up she continued to shout out orders an then ask ppl what they ordered when they asked what the orders were she stated she didn’t know . Waited20 min for 2 sandwiches an large fry when we got our food it didn’t have any of the condiments on it an it look like it was thrown together. Fries were rock hard didn’t even waste our time to go back in no one could even take 2 seconds to put a wet floor sign down on the soaked floor or pick up all the trash . The manager lady should be ashamed of her self the way she carries her self an allows her employees to look at work . Whole place was gross had more socializing between employees then actual working .

Today was the first time my husband and I came to this particular restaurant and we were very satisfied with not only the speed and courtesy of the staff but the quality of the food. I have been eating McDonald’s for years and this was the BEST sandwich and experience we have ever had. We will certainly be back. Great job!!!!!

If I had to describe the delphi McDonald’s in one word I would use magical. The Christmas decor and atmosphere were effervescent, fostering a glorious environment to enjoy the finest apple pies east of the Mississippi. This place changed my life

I used to exclusively love this specific McDonald’s. Perfect service and rarely anything wrong with it. As of the past week, I’ve been there 3 separate occasions on my break. Please double check employees. I haven’t gotten my sauce that I’ve paid for on 2 of the occasions and now ive got a 5$ fry that was below half full… disappointed…

Went through the drive thru tonight (4/13/2023) at around 9:50pm and ordered a McChicken with only ketchup, and this is what I got. Ketchup was oozing out of the wrapper which was very POORLY wrapped around the sandwich. I had to throw it away because the entire thing was ruined. I couldn’t even eat it. When I got to the window, the employees were messing around and yelling, and the kid at the speaker was very snarky. Very disappointed, but not surprised, given my past experiences at this location.
