When we arrived at the place about 3pm, there was nobody there. We thought it was closed, but it was open. Inside was nice, only one worker in the front, she was nice. Took our order and started on it right away. We got our order nice and hot. Food was definitely filling and will eat there again. I recommend the crabby cheese fries (but next time I’d order easy on the cheese). The other photo is green chili cheese fries and the green chili isnt spicy.

The food was good, however $13 for the portion of onion rings we got was steep. The sandwiches were ok and the staff was super friendly. The one complaint that I have is just how dirty the dining room area is all you have to do is look up. We stopped in because I saw there was a lot of good reviews and while the food wasn’t bad, I’m surprised nobody talked about how dirty the dining room was. We got the buffalo fries, two 6-in subs, a side order of onion rings, and an order of the buffalo chicken french fries, the gladiator, a kids grilled cheese, and three drinks was totaled to around $90.

On 2/27/26 at about 7 pm we walked in to order food for take out, we ordered 2 of the “Dukes” in a 12 inch sandwich. When we got home and started eating about halfway into the sandwich my husband bit into a Rock it was so loud everyone at the table heard it. He stopped eating and pulled the piece he was chewing out and there it was. I would advise checking your food before you walk out of this place.

Best phill steak I’ve had in Albuquerque. Lady at the front was very kind, even with a big rush going on. Buffalo chicken sandwich was great, big portions. Great atmosphere on a busy Friday night.

Greeted by staff when arrived. The establishment wasn’t dirty but a few of the tables did need some cleaning. Ordered a Duke Sandwich and green Chile cheese fries. The sandwich was okay, to me, if it says green Chile on it, it should have a good helping of it and it didn’t. I couldn’t really taste the green chile. It was pretty mild. The bread was pretty basic but the season and cook of the meat was pretty good. I wish it would have been some sliced grilled onions with the green Chile. The onions and green chile are chopped up small. The Chile cheese fries were just basic frozen wedge fries with nacho cheese and chopped green chile. Again, the chopped chile was too mild and a little bland. Prices are not too bad considering the quality of the beef. 3 ⭐ rating here.

Usually love coming here but the Service thus last time makes it want to be my last time no acknowledgement of customers being in the store for almost 10 minutes while my food sat on the counter. Wanted hot food and at least be acknowledged, rung up. Cold food small sandwiches for being large.
