I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times, and honestly the food quality really depends on when you go. Sometimes everything is fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be, and other times it feels a bit rushed or inconsistent. The staff is generally okay, and service can be quick during slower hours. When they’re on point, it’s a solid stop, but consistency could definitely be better overall.

Never in my life did I think I’d be writing a review about a McDonalds lol but here we are, I just wanted to praise the staff a bit. The staff that worked the morning of 1/28/26 were incredibly kind and efficient. I was having a bad day and they literally turned my day into a good one by helping to fix my morning. AND I didn’t even get to have the breakfast I wanted because my coworkers and I ordered too late on the app so you know they were doing something right if I missed McDonald’s breakfast and STILL left happy! It’s both free and contagious to be kind. Thank you staff I hope you guys had a blessed day too. Extra shout out to the manager that helped me with my order that I accidentally ordered twice, I hope your heart stays big, thank you!!!

Fresh fries and big Mac’s. Usually don’t get McDonald’s. I don’t know if it was because I was super hungry but the food was good. An employee had her shirt tied up and you could see her belly though. That was odd. Service was slow for not being busy. But they were polite.

This place is ridiculous. I went through the drive-through to get two 20 Piece nugget two large fries, a large Coke with no ice and a large iced caramel macchiato. They handed me a brown coffee cup with milk running down the sides and he’s claiming he promises that it is a caramel macchiato. I told him just to keep it I asked about the sauce. He claimed that he put it in the bottom because I ordered the hot honey sauce. There was no hot honey sauce in there thank gosh I had him give me at least two of them. He wasn’t coming off anymore for a whole 20 piece so needless to say I didn’t get my drink and I only got two sauces for a 20 piece nugget and this isn’t the first time this place is been like that and rude.

This trip. The food was good. Hot and fresh. However, the service is still subpar. Nobody greets you, certainly not with a smile. Everyone I interacted with mumbled at me, rather than speaking clearly. When receiving my food, they just hung it out the window without even looking at me or giving me some kind of farewell.

I will go out of my way to go to any other McDonald’s after today. I sat in the drive thru for ten minutes with seven people in line total. When I got to the speaker, I was told they had technically difficulties and I had to go inside to order. I said i had a mobile order and if i should still- and got cut off by the woman taking the order loudly repeat herself. When I got inside, there was no one at the counter and it was another five minute wait. When I did talk to someone they had no idea what I was talking about and why I was inside, and I overheard that the drive thru was in fact working fine. It was a drink and fries, and the fries were even cold!! Did they tell people to come inside to clear the backlog from ignoring the drive thru for so long? I don’t know, but I don’t have the extra wait time to try this place again.

Ordered steak egg and cheese bagel no onion with breakfast sauce on side. Firstly, when you pull up to the window nobody even talks or greets you just rude. They forgot the sauce I paid for and they had an attitude. They gave me it and it was a tiny portion. Just pathetic this location needs to be closed down
