The cashier is very good and efficient. The girl server was not focused and she was picking up wrong pieces of chicken for the customers. She stalled the whole process. My order was wrong. She used a box too small. She pressed hard on the cover to try to close the box but failed. The chicken pieces inside broke. Not pretty.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been. Service is sooo slow and they don’t fill their fries containers. They put zero effort into their service. I ordered take out on the app, arrived 15 minutes later and still had to wait 15 minutes for a small order. It’s kind of outrageous

Over 30 minutes of subpar service. The manager left, and the employees were chatting. My biscuit was raw, the marinara sauce was frozen, and the cheese bites were soggy. The cup held only four cheese bites because it was filled with a paper. Other Popeyes locations give me at least 15 cheese bites without the filled paper in the cup.

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. They never have anything ready and they almost always get your order wrong. Ordered a 10 or 12 piece can’t even remember now with double fries.
They gave me all legs and thighs when it was supposed to be mixed, gave me like 12 biscuits and no fries and all of the condiments looked like they were on the floor for days. I will NEVER visit this location again. Thank GOD for the one on U.S.-1 near Crosstown. If not for that Popeyes I would never spend another dollar of my money with this brand.
Corporate needs to shut this location down and either bring in another franchisee or purchase it back as a corporate location because I know this location is not corporately owned.
The location is prime and people will genuinely patronize this Popeyes regularly but at this point it’s a wrap at that location for me. If you check Yelp they are a 1.5 Star ⭐️ restaurant.
Google is modest at 3.3. Shut this place down it’s killing the brands reputation on the treasure coast.

My husband and I hit the Popeyes drive-thru earlier to satisfy a craving, but the vibes were totally off. The order-taker was dismissive and confusing, and the person at the window wasn’t friendly at all. Chicken in the tenders were closer to 1/4 in thick and way overcooked. More bread than anything else, biscuits were undercooked. Never again if your going to DD, order from PDQ chicken or Kinfolks. I sure wish I had.

I just left this Popeyes and I’m writing to express my utter disappointment. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever had. Not only was the food uncooked, but we had to wait for it to arrive. It’s unbelievable how bad this place is. We are new to the area but this is on our list to never visit again.

This was the most overpriced meal I’ve had in ten years. We got an 8Pc chicken, 6 biscuits, 1 rice/beans and pie. IT CAME TO $61! Whoever cut up the chicken did not know how to butcher a chicken. There should have been 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks and two wings. I have no idea what this was, but it certainly was not as advertised. Popeye’s, you should be ashamed. Horrible experience!
