We stopped by this Wendy’s location after a family event for a quick late-night snack and were so glad we did. The location was incredibly convenient. Our food came out quick and the staff were super friendly. The Frosty, as always, was delicious. Recommend this place for a late-night bite.

The food was great, it filled me up and didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The person that took our order was stone-faced and even after I made a few jokes they showed no emotion and no reaction. They seemed bothered or impatient with us so I told them my order and walked away. They weren’t rude or anything like that, they just showed no evidence of a personality, and that’s okay. I just like to brighten people’s day when I can.

The staff is really nice here and did a good job but also if you want to sit and charge your phone while you eat for a while they point a super cold air vent on you even though its winter. I guess to keep you from eating too slow? But there was no one in here. I really like that you can get salad and a baked potato with your food it’s actually relatively cheap and healthy and I get to have nuggies.

Would give negative if that was an option. Had the worst fast food service experience ever. I get it it’s Wendy’s but I don’t appreciate the aggressive, rude and condescending tone even if it’s Wendy’s and fast food.
Try to be kind to your customers if they don’t know your menu. Don’t yell at them for making a genuine ordering mistake.
Also, the fries and chicken nuggets were not even warm.

Atmosphere was overall good. My food wasn’t as fresh as I would’ve liked it. But put that aside. The workers are pretty nice also.

Watched someone make my food without gloves. Just so yall know what you’re getting when you order here lol. I was so appalled I forgot to even say anything but yeah, glad I decided to go inside instead of the drive through so I knew exactly what was happening.

This place quite literally has never ever gotten my order correct. Just now I was trying to order two things (fries and a chocolate frosty) I thought it would be simple. But the person that was originally taking my order literally had to switch with someone else, who read the order back correctly. They STILL gave me a vanilla. I am so tired. This place is surrounded by a whole bunch of other fantastic drive-thrus I would honestly suggest Raising Canes or McDonald’s across the street, or Friendlys and Q’doba on the same side. The Westborough Wendys even is a better alternative if you just want what you ordered, and not what they think you might want instead.
